I usually do not write reviews for anything, but I love this doctors office! I was so happy that I transferred from Snellville Pediatrics after my daughter turned 1. I now have two little ones going to see Dr. Magill, Julie, Kristen, and they are wonderful. They remember so much about my babies and show so much care and concern. They treat our kids like their own and take their time to go over their total heath. It has never been a quick appointment where the doctor is in and out (unless you want it to be). They always take the time to listen to your concerns. I will drive a far distance to keep going to them. The front office staff had a hard time with customer service skills when we first started going to Grayson Pediatrics, however things have changed for the better since they moved to the new location. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant with us. I love the Parent Portal, its great for working moms who do not have a lot of time to be on the phone. They always get me what I need and have a great response time. Ive had to use the nurses line multiple times and they are SOOOOO helpful (Brooke is one of the nurses that has called me back or answered the line to help, shes wonderful). I definitely feel like I have a great health team to support my family. Thank you for all that you do.

Do not go here!! I only came here because the other doctor office my kids went to moved to a further location that would have been to far of a drive. On the 1st appointment, the seemed nice. After the 3rd appointment, they became rude with me. They claimed I missed an appointment and wanted to charge me. I advise that wasnt true. I told them discontinue all other appointments around that matter and Ill pay them their fee. They claimed it wasnt about the money but wanted me to keep an appointment that I didnt want. They were forcing me into something that wasnt right and being rude saying if I didnt do it, I couldnt come back anymore. I advised it wasnt a problem, and I could find another doctor. I had such high hopes for this place, but they were such a let down. I never had this issue with my last doctor office!! Super rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and thats all in 3 appointments. Stay away and save yourself the time. They claim that they care about the kids, but they are all about money and how much they can make.

I have seen Julie, Kristen and Dr.Magill and they are all equally AMAZING! My daughter even says "Can we go see Mrs. Julie?" when shes not even sick. That says something! With bad, reoccurring ear infections in my first daughter, we have spent many, many days at Grayson Pediatrics. Not one time have I had a bad experience. Recently, they spent a great amount of time with me on my second daughters newborn visit. With as many patients as they have, they still make it a priority to spend as much time needed with you. The front office staff and all of the providers truly care and it absolutely shows the minute you walk in the door. It is great to know that I have a pediatricians office that has always gone out of their way for my childrens well being.

I wish I could give negative review weve been going here since my son was born hes now 2. Julie and Kristen are indeed amazing we love them but my son recently missed an appointment and i called same day to reschedule and pay the 50 fee I was transferred and told to leave a message for a person Ive never met before but I did, and a few days later I received a letter saying I need to pay the 50 dollars and my son will no longer be a patient. I am very disappointed with the treatment weve received and will happily remove both my children from their care if this is how they choose to do things.

The staff at Grayson Peds is amazing! They get to know you and your family and truly care about your children. They know my childrens medical history without having to look at their chart, get excited when they see one of my kids names on their list for the day, and even come in the room to say hello and love on them when they arent even the one treating them that day! They are always willing to help and do whatever they can for their patients. Love, love, love them. It makes this mama heart happy to see how much they love and care for my babies.

Julie Opeka is the best practitioner I have taken my son to. From our first meet and greet she saw he is pre-asthmatic and after the first visit she got him on a regimen that has made him feel so much better. She will take as much time as needed and is so patient with the kids. My son is two and her approach doesnt scare him and he patiently lets her listen to his lungs and is very comfortable. The rest of the staff are very caring also. We will still be going here even though we are moving to Lawrenceville!

Weve only seen the NP Julie and shes been nothing but wonderful. The staff at could use better training on how to communicate with people. Id forgotten my childs appointment and was contacted within the same hour. At the time of the call we were 6 mins late, I said I could leave my home and get there asap which would have been within 8 mins.I was told Id be to late and theyll just charge me $50.00. This was my first time ever missing an appt and it honestly slipped my mind, I wish theyd handled it better.

Weve been going to Dr. Julie for 8 years now. I cant express enough how awesome she and all her staff are! You can really tell how much they care for each and everyone of their patients. I never feel like they are rushing through the exams like my kids are just the next one in line. They make us feel at home and my girls absolutely love going there(even though they hate being sick).

I cannot express how much I love these doctors and nurses. They are so knowledgeable, so kind, so thorough. Chronic ear infections, stomach bugs, developmental delays, reflux babies... they have walked through all of it with us. They care so much about their patients and families. We will never go anywhere else.

My girls LOVE going to the Dr! They love the office staff, and Julie and Dr. Magill are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure that children are not scared. I feel that they truly care about my babies, and I couldnt imagine getting advice from any other practice about my most prized possessions.
