HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I made an appointment for my son for a cold he had been dealing with for 7 days. It was set for 2 pm because I had to be back at work at 5 pm I arrived at 1:40 pm. At check in no one was paying attention and we had to call out someone to get us checked in. Finally after I got checked in it took them 1 hour to call us back to the front dest and request a co-pay. Seemed strange to me because our insurance covers EVERYTHING, but none the less I paid and I was asked to sit down and this whole time my son was coughing and sneezing and I noticed that people that were coming in after I had already checked in were being called to the back and leaving before we had even been seen. FINALLY at 3:40 they called us to the back, they put us in a room and left us sitting there for another hour. from the room I could hear the doctor complaining to the nurse that he was to have gone home at 5 and that with the sick patient he had left it would take him long enough to leave late and not make it to dinner. I was furious but needed someone to tell me what would be good for my sons cough and head ached he complained about so much. At around 5:10 the doctor comes in the room asks my 7 year old questions about his symptoms and then leaves the room the nurse comes back and says that my son was having what is called "fake flue like symptoms," and that with soup and warm water he would get better. As furious as I was I left, took my son to urgent care and was told my son had Strep and a Flu virus they sent us home with 10 day prescriptions and instructions on how to help him get better faster. we were at the urgent care clinic for a total of 1 hour. I will never return to this doctors office. their exam rooms are filthy and the staff including the doctors are not interested in their patients.

They do have a good doctor or two, but their office staff is a nightmare to work with. Absolutely never answer the phone, you always get a machine. Have to leave two or three messages over a whole day or more before they call you back. Once they messed up the insurance paperwork so the insurance wouldnt pay them, and instead of working it out they decided to harass us, the customer, into paying them. But the worst part is getting them to produce any kind of paperwork. So if you know your child will require a doctor form for school, you better start calling them at least six months in advance. And when you go to the office, you see all five or six of them chatting and polishing their nails. So after a couple of years we fired them and tried a couple of other pediatricians, neither was good, but not quite as awful as this one. We are still looking...

This place is AWFUL! I would put zero stars if I could! They do not wash hands in between patients, do not clean the tables and surfaces in between patients, and have a smelly dog in the office on top of all that! I literally WATCHED them go from patient to patient and not wash their hands. They will refuse your child if the insurance coverages changes with no notice! Even if you ask them to see your child in the event of an emergency and you want to SELF PAY they will still refuse you child. They will also refuse to see you if your over 1 minute late. This place is unprofessional, doesnt care about their patients, and have poor cleanliness habits. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Please CHOOSE ANOTHER PEDIATRICIAN .. I am speaking from experience! Your child deserves BETTER than this place!!

I have recently switched doctors to Dr. Magill at Lawrenceville Pediatrics and she is wonderful! She really cares about what is going on with my kids and the entire family as well. She took the time and talked to my daughter who is 7 about what was going on with her. I cant say enough about our entire experience there and I would recommend them to anyone. The offices are nice and inviting and very clean. I have had bad experiences with other doctors offices in the area and I believe we have found a home with Lawrenceville pediatrics in Loganville!

Dr. Lin is great, very informative, listens to any concerns and addresses them immediately. Very thankful to have found an office in the "South" that is this great!! BTW the staff is awesome as well thank you ladies for always having a smile on your face no matter which patient/parent you are dealing with. You are all appreciated and make our day better when we come in. The Banks Family ;-)

I love this office and my childrens pediatrician Dr. James Lin. Hes been my childrens doctor since we moved here 8 yrs ago. Hes very thorough and he speaks with my children on more than just medical, their wellbeing, grades, being responsible. Awesome job Dr. Lin!

Would not trust my kids with any other practice! Dr. Baudean and her nurse Shaneque are truly top notch! I trust them with my childrens care and know that they are truly concerned about their health and well being. I highly recommend this practice!
