Well they lost a patient today. This morning we went in to get immunizations for my daughters and then added an appointment because one of my girls is sick. Well they tried to tell me that we had a recheck for my other daughter, but I told them we never talked about it and that the doctor said we were all clear the last time we were seen. So at first she took it off and we only paid the copay for my sick daughter. Then while the doctor was there she mentioned it and I said that we didnt need to check because she said it was healed, so she said "well lets just look at it since you are already here." Then when we went to checkout the lady said that she did need the copay for the other girl since the doctor did look at her. But it has me so frustrated because it should have never been in the books as a recheck for her. We shouldnt have had to pay for something that the doctor just wanted to check up on while we were there for something else. :/ And then Dr. Manning also kept telling me I made mistakes for consoling my daughter while she was crying and for letting them sleep in the bed with us. I dont think that is any of her business and not her job.

Dr. Manning is nice but some of her are very rude, her nurse in particular. She has no patience what so ever! We moved from NC to GA and my sons daycare said he was missing some shots which was weird to me because we were told he was always up to date, and when Dr Mannings nurse switched over his immunization form from TX to GA she NEVER told me he was due for shots. When I tried to calmly explain to her that this was my first time hearing about him being past due on shots she starts yelling at me over the phone. At first I thought she was talking to someone in her office but when I realized it was me I hung up because I knew it wouldve got ugly from that point. Im not sure if I will be taking my kids back there. Not because of Dr Manning but her rude nurse.

i had a very bad experience with the staff at this location, doctor manning asked me to pick up a cup to collect stool form my 3 month old due to some diary issues to send to the lab from the front office but i forgot on my way out, when i went back to the office at a later day to get one i was told i needed to schedule another appointment for my daughter to be seen before i could get a cup, i explained that nothing had changed in my daughter since her last appointment for better or worse and that i just wanted the cup and they refused to give it to me. They basically just wanted me to pay for another consultation. i will be taking my daughters to a different doctor.

I couldnt recommend Dr.Manning enough. After my son was born, we had a lot of concerns about his health. Over 3 months, it took us 4 office visits with multiple different diagnoses to his previous pediatrician and a trip to the ER before I decided to get a second opinion. I called to explain what was going on with him and they were able to see my son that day, as a new patient. Dr.Manning called and made sure he would be able to see a specialist the next day. My son had surgery a month later and has been doing great since. She always speaks to you in a way that you can understand, her staff is extremely nice, and we have never had to wait long.

She is very down to earth and will be transparent when it comes to giving you information on the health of your child. She is loving and always fun with my little one when we visit. I am very pleased with the service!

Never had any less than excellent service. Love Dr. Manning, she is prompt, professional and straight forward. She actually spends her time with each patient. Her staff has always been great and never a time where there has been any issues. She will always be my kids doctor. Thank you for being such an amazing Doctor.

Dr.Manning Is a wonderful pediatrician but her staff is very rude and unprofessional. due to this i have elected to withdraw my children from the practice. if she had batter staff Manning Pediatric would strive in my opinion. Due to the staff i am personally aware of a few families that left due to this.

Our 3 year old has been going to Dr. Mannings since birth. She is down to earth, straightforward, caring and we have not had any issues what-so-ever with the staff, in contrast to other reviews. Our Second child will be going to her also when he is born.
