Well to put it plainly youre going into a Doc in a Box. When the minute clinic is cleaner and cooler not to mention the staff is friendlier than the actual Doctor at the said Pediatrician i think were not going to back. There were urine stains on the floor, dirt in corners. The air smelt mildewy. The well room if you want to consider it a room, had no air conditioning not to mention no toys/magazines to read. The nurses were rude seemed like theyd rather be some where else. Hardly could understand the nurse. Few minutes after we left they wanted me to bring in my childs urine specimen but they didnt remember my kids name. I am sorry good doctor or not the bad out weighs the good.

I absolutely love this place. We are treated like family here, they are always very polite and welcoming. I can call just for advice and they always take time to help out in anyway they can. Today I was starting to feel overwhelmed because my son had stitches in his foot that everyone was giving my the run around about and Dr. Borieux and her team were more then helpful with success in the removal. Thank you so much for all the help from you and your amazing team.

Love, love, love Dr. B and staff. We have only been patients of hers since December of 2016. For every appointment she has taken time out to listen to my concerns and follow up with me. Her staff has been very creative on getting my kids to calm down and subdue their anxiety about seeing a new Doctor. I am a typical helicopter parent with 2 toddlers. I really appreciate this office and staff they have made me less worried about my kids health. Thanks

They are very slow, you will be waiting forever for just a wellness visit. Whenever you call the office it goes to a call center, even during business hours when they are suppose to be open, not just on lunch. Just a very cold and dry office, no one seems happy working there. Will be changing to a different dr office soon.

It was awful. They did uneeded check up procedures and continually asked for a urine sample. It was lacking of cleanliness, stained tiles,mold, the air smells of mildew, and dust eveywhere. No one seemed happy working there and they all seemed a tad stuck up and like they didnt care. I do not recommend this place at all

Both our boys go to Dr B, Hunter 4 yr old and Michael 12 yr old. They LOVE her! I love how she doesnt ever give meds unless the absolutely need it! She is also very open on other treatments besides meds. My husband and are so thankful and happy to have such a wonderful doctor we TRUST to treat our boys!

Been taking our kids here for almost 3 years now. My only complaint is that even though we have an appointment time, we sometimes arent taken back for 20-30mins and then after vitals and were taken into a room, well often wait another 15-25mins before being seen. That is the ONLY issue we have.

Dr. B has been Kelseys dr since day 1 and we LOVE her! She is always super sweet with Kelsey & helpful for all of my new mom questions! We also love Ms. Amy and the other 2 nurses we have seen so far! Highly recommend :)

Birth Plus

So far I have only had to wait 10-15 mins and then the see me almost immediately. A lot shorter than other clinics. They also respect when you have a different vaccine schedule.
