This was my first time visiting this dentist and the practice since I was looking for a new dentist since I had a bad experience with some others! The office staff are very friendly and welcoming when I arrived and helpful! They were pleasant and made me feel relaxed! The hygienist was pleasant and made me feel very at ease and comfortable, she was explaining everything she was going to do to my teeth with regards to her examination and cleaning and let me see on her screen on the computer what was going on with my treatment instead of most dentist offices hiding any information concerning you!! Continuing, the hygienist was very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Then my new dentist, she was very pleasant and completely made me feel relaxed! Communicated with me regarding my treatment and what she was going to do, made me feel comfortable trusting her with my care! She too let me see and explained from the computer screen what she was planning to do about a filling I needed! This dentist (dont want to be biased) was very skilled in her giving injections which I admit I fear the most, but she was great and made me feel comfortable and at ease! I was amazed and very pleased finally ( not to make it too perfect) a dentist that understands a patients fears and makes an effort to ease that! With her skills and confidence, communication with everything this dentist did for my treatments, I assure anyone would enjoy and look forward to coming back to this dentist office! The staff at Kravitz and Miller are the best in the central Pennsylvania area. Dr. Kravitz has been my dentist for over five years now, and is the best dentist I have ever found. He explains what he is doing, while keeping the patients comfort level in mind. His assistant, and hygienist team are top notch, as well as the front office. Dr. Kravitz cares about his patients health, and his staff does as well. I used to get nervous going to other dentists, but with Kravitz and Miller dentistry, I know I am getting the best possible services from a team I trust completely. Thanks to Dr. Kravitz and his entire team for all the dental work through the years.

After doing some research, I switched over to Kravitz and Miller a few years ago because my previous dentist would not take my new dental insurance and because of several positive recommendations from my co-workers. I have been very pleased with their service - the office staff is friendly and my hygienist, Amy, does a great job. I also like the fact that they dont try to up sell me on additional, unnecessary services. I would feel comfortable recommending Kravitz and Miller to anyone.

Went today for a scheduled appt.that I made back in July, was told by the receptionist that they take my particular type of insurance. At least thats what they told me on the phone. Found out that they really dont. One, I dont appreciate being lied to and two, I didnt appreciate her snotty attitude either. Was also told by her that my name wasnt in the system after I told her twice! I got frustrated with her b/c she wasnt listening and/or didnt hear me. Not returning!

Theasa did a great job with my cleaning. The office is all so special to me... The staff Makes me feel very comfortable and loved! Dr Kravitz has always been very professional to me. He also has a huge heart! The new dentist(s) in this practice are very exciting to me for their growth. Thank you staff for all you have done for me.

I had Teresa for the first time today, and I thought she was very good. I liked her technique, and the fact that she worked quietly. She was pleasant, and we conversed toward the end when it was comfortable for me. Dr Kravitz was thorough and pleasant and kind as he always is.
