Ericka has helped me recover from full ACL reconstruction surgery in my right knee. I also chipped a piece of cartilage in my femur, and she has been getting me back to the way I used to be in a very short period of time. To date, Im six weeks into my recovery and Im walking around with no problems. In the next few weeks I hope to regain more strength and flexibility to start jogging and doing other exercises. Ericka is great, I highly recommend anyone who needs a good therapist that understands your personal needs. She helped me get to my goal a week faster than planned and has a top-notch facility in Mission Valley!

I recommend Mizuta PT to anyone needing physical therapy. I was referred for post op ACL repair and for the first time enjoyed my experience in rehab . Not only was my therapist extremely knowledgeable and outgoing, but the clinics energy overall was great. I came back a year later under a different diagnosis: vestibular rehabilitation. My vertigo went away after my first visit. This place is the best.

What a great PT office. I was fully informed of my insurance and payment options up front by their very kind staff. My first visit was very smooth and my physical therapist, Laura, is fun to work with. I recommend them.
