I was referred to Dr. Hill by a really close friend whose judgement I feel I can count on, however this time around I wish Id done some homework. Long story short for months Ive been having severe pain for about 12 days out of the month around menstrual time. Ive gone to my OBGYN as well as Mercy Hospital and was told Ive got really bad menstrual cycles or PMDD. Well almost 2 weeks ago Sunday again Im in the ER, but This time UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS OF Avon. I had C.A.T scan and found out that I had several large cysts the largest 7.1 cm. So I was sent home to get with an OBGYN and I called Dr. Hill she was very understanding and scheduled my surgery for the next day. The following morning I went in to St. John Westshore in Westlake, Oh and had P.A.T testing and was prepped for surgery, however following testing I was informed that my White Blood Cell count was "high". The surgery was done anyhow and I stayed the night for observation. I was sent home the next day with 24 staples in my stomach, no antibiotics and 20 percocet for pain. Friday(the very next day) my pain had increased so much I actually called Dr. Hill twice with no return call. Saturday night, early Sunday morning I started to shake and was now having blood from somewhere down there. I called Dr. Hills emergency line explained to the woman on the phone what was happening and was finally connected to Dr. Hill who tells me oh well just come into my office tommorow if you cant wait go to the ER. I was in so much pain that I went to the ER. The ER did blood work and now my WBC count was double its normal number so I was admitted and sent back to St. John Westshore for IV antibiotics and pain control. I remained there until Weds. I did not see Dr. Hill until Weds. they never could tell me what was infected and this time she removed my staples and sent me home with antibiotics LOL and nothing for pain. My incision started leaking the next night yellow stuff with blood I called Dr. Hill again and was told to wait till morning. Needless to say I went to my Dr. he cleaned the incision put steri strips back on and gave me something mild for pain. I wouldnt recommend Dr. Hill to treat my Dogs let alone another human being. I Will not be back to her for anything.
