Absolute worse vet I have EVER been to. Dr. Sadek is heartless. I will never be back here. Please save your pets life and go to Kirkland or another emergency place. They are ABSOLUTELY all about MONEY $$$ ! I can not warn you enough. My dog has been here on emergency and has seen Dr. Sadek for followup. THOUSANDS (upper thousands) of dollars and my dog was still incredibly ill. My dog and I waited in the room for 30mins while my dog was bleeding all over. I kept sticking my head out to ask for paper towels... they saw he was bleeding pretty bad and IGNORED it. I have pictures of this on my cellphone. I was so desperate for help, i waited and waited (very similar to the woman below me). Why do they leave you with blood all over?? My dog started to lick it up... I was trying to use the TWO... 2!!! paper towels the girl gave me. Then Dr. Sadek came in... Dr. Sadek didnt even touch him during our "exam". She quickly sat down, and did not even introduce herself to my dog or me. She placed him on MASSIVE amounts of pills which later caused him to lose use of his back legs. I am disgusted that she is even a vet. She is incredibly rude and talks to you like a child. She made it clear to me if I didnt shove all those pills down his throat, that I was a bad dog owner. When I checked out, I was charged for HER being late. They said I went over my time. Are you kidding me?? I waited, my dog waited -which is not easy on a sick dog in a small stuffy room-, no one helped with the blood (not even Dr. Sadek... i assume it was cleaned after I left) So, her being 30mins late... I went over 15mins and was charged!!! Ive spent my life savings on my dog, and I am a bad dog owner?? I love my dog to pieces, he is all I have. I was already an emotional wreck, and she was so cold and clearly didnt care. My dog now sees another vet, and the vet is shocked at what Dr. Sadek had prescribed to him. He said my dog was lucky to be alive, and his chance of living was slim, and if we get him back going, we have no idea his quality of life. This has been so devastating to go through. We had to completely detox him, and his back legs still do not work. Dr. Sadek killed my dogs immune system... My dog will never be the same again, he is on the verge of being put down because of her. The ONLY good thing about this is place is that they are quick to get you in and out. Which makes sense because they dont fully exam your animal, IF AT ALL. This was my experience, I truly hope no one else has to go through what I have. Do not trust your animal with just any vet, animals depend on us to make the best choices for them... do your research. Dont just fill a prescription, make sure you research the potential sides effects and get second opinions, or three four or five opinions. Your animal will thank you! This place will suck every penny out of you and send you home with a sick animal. From now on, if I have an emergency- I will go to Kirkland. And to Dr. Sadek: My entire life has been turned upside down since my dog saw you. My savings are gone and my dog is dependent on me to even pee. My college graduation has been pushed back because I am at home taking care of him. He has been there with me through all of my hard times and now I am caring for him. I suggest you quit depending on vet books and weight charts to prescribe medication, and use your extra years of "schooling" to become a internist. YOU should be ashamed of your lazy diagnosis and treatment plan. TREAT THE PATIENT, NOT THE DISEASE.

First off, ACCES diagnosed the problem with our small dog very quickly and specifically the front office clerk was caring and friendly. However, the diagnosis, the quote for a procedure, and the vet were a different story. First, the diagnosis alone cost $588.... and the quote for the necessary surgical procedure was another $3600-$5800. This quote was ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS, and at that point, we were deciding between saving our dog or euthanasia. What was worse is that I felt that the vet was not very sympathetic to our situation; in fact, she was curt and frank AND it felt as those we were being judged in some way as though we were responsible for the infection (we love that little dog and treat her like a queen, so this was the worst. Then, we were left in the room to "think about it" and deliberate going through with the procedure after this behavior from the vet and pay a possible bill of $5800. Frankly, making that decision about life or death be about an unnecessarily outrageous amount money without much sympathy or caring from the vet as though we were bad people was traumatizing. THANKFULLY, we called Vets for Less (in Federal Way) in those minutes we were left alone in the room. Vets for Less quoted us $830-$930 for the exact same procedure and most importantly, we were able to get the procedure started immediately after we made the 40 min drive south to Federal Way. We paid $950 (including $31 for the initial fee). While our experience with Vets for Less in terms of the surgery procedure was perfect, we actually visited this Vets for Less before ACCES and we were unable to get a speedy diagnosis from Vets for Less like we did at ACCES (see a review for Vets for Less coming soon). Frankly, I was torn in giving ACCES 2 stars vs 1 star because I believe that the quick diagnosis was key to saving our dogs life. However, in the end, that our dog is alive and well two weeks after the surgery (about 90% recovery), that we saved up to $3900, and most importantly, that the ACCES vet treated us with zero sympathy and almost like criminals that we did not immediately and blindly say yes to whatever she brought to us made me rate ACCES a 1 star. My advice: get hard to diagnosis work performed at ACCES and get all procedures performed at Vets for Less. Do not let ACCES vets make you feel like a bad people and do not just blindly trust the prices quoted by ACCES vets that may want to punish you!

Our puppy decided our wedding day was the day that she was going to do some serious damage to herself by chewing on an electrical cord. We were more than an hour and a half away, with her at one emergency clinic, who recommended that we move her to ACCES, as they had the right equipment to take care of her. Everything was set up over the phone, the team was fully understanding and promised to work with us if her condition worsened over the day. By the time we were done with getting married and our reception, it was 11 PM - we called and got a full blown update, how she was doing, what they were doing to treat her and some VERY positive news on her status. The following day, we were invited to go visit our "baby," in a private room, and another doctor sat down with us and provided us an update and next steps. One more night on oxygen and the following day she was able to come home. Our pup was very happy to see us, but she was equally happy to see any of the doctors or staff at ACCES, which proved to me that they are doing their best to ensure the experience was comfortable and cozy for my traumatized dog. When she was released, they walked through all the medications that we took home, how to give them to her and all the treatments she received while she stayed with them. I would also say - I was shocked that the bill was not completely out of control. While it was not a cheap experience, I had heard nightmare stories about crazy vet bills. It was very manageable and worth every dollar to have our pup back and mostly healthy. Im hoping that our pet insurance covers most of the cost, but well see (and thats a different review.) Overall, I cannot thank the team at ACCES for their help on taking care of our dog and taking our word for it over the phone that we would be there to do whatever for her (as soon as we had gotten married).
