I have been calling them for 2 weeks, trying to get information about my pets FAVN test results because my husband is going to be stationed to Hawaii at the end of the year and we need to get my pets prepared for the move, but THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERING ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT MATTER AND IT FEELS LIKE THEY JUST DONT CARE ENOUGH TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE LINE AND HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I NEED EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR MY PETS TO BE ABLE TO COME WITH US TO HAWAII.
