my beautiful baby Mia was unexpectedly put down because she had an enlarged heart I loved her very much and when I left right after we put her down out of pure shock and me having a panic attack I accidentally left her blanket at Hyde Park Vet, her blanket was the only thing I had left of hers because I couldnt afford to take her ashes home as my bill was already 300 dollars. My mother called immediately after and asked them to hold the blanket. When I went to pick up my babies blanket there was a huge hole in it, when I called to ask why my babies only blanket had a huge hole in it , they simply told me oh a dog must have chewed it up it is our mistake sorry, I am totally disgusted I had Mia for 12 years and now my one thing I have to remember her was carelessly destroyed. This occurred at the stony island location

I am a new puppy mom. My little girl is Maizy. With an AKC registration you get one free initial visit to a vet in their listing and this was in it. Which is perfect because I live super close. Came in for the visit. They were extremely nice. I saw Dr. Williams. I had to email him two things so he could print them thankfully since I did not have a printer. He was totally cool and ok with it. He helped me learn some new things that I needed to know and got me set up for future appointments. Ill be back.

Ive been taking my animals to Hyde Park Animal Clinic since the old Harper Court days. I now go to the Stony Island location (nearer to home, more parking and open on Sundays!). I wouldnt take my gang anywhere else. Together we have been through some bad times over the years when it is time to say goodby and good times when things work out well. Everybody is so friendly & helpful. Dr. Williams is the Best! He says its just knowing cat behavior, but Im convinced its really magic.

I was referred by a friend who takes all her animals to the Hyde Park Animal Clinic. I was a bit nervous because my cat is not friendly and has never been away from home. The staff was reassuring over the phone and called me waiting on the cat to be brought in. When I got to the location, the staff was warm and understanding. The cat was boarded for 5 days and I was pleased with the outcome. Thanks for a happy customer.

I pray that I still receive the same quality of service that I have always gotten from the doctors and staff but most of team Dakota have left for good reasons . thank god Natalie is still there and also kudos to Jessica and shalonda I hope I spelled her name right . thanks ladies for doing a good job and looking out for Dakota when he gets there. Hopefully the next doctor for Dakota is going to be around for awhile

I have been taking my pets to these doctors since they were originally in Harper Court and wont be going anywhere else now or in the future. All the staff is great; I have needed emergency appointments more than one over the years and they have always been so helpful. I have boarded my cats with them several times and was very pleased when I picked them up. Absolutely recommend both locations!!

Being new to the area I wasnt sure where to go to board my dog, Brody. A friend recommended Hyde Park Animal Clinic. They were very accomidating, fit me in for his precheck and took great care of him. I know that because Brody was wagging his tail and smiling when I went to pick him up. I will definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Ive been going to the Hyde Park location, first in Harper Court and then on 53rd Street, for many years. Always happy and satisfied with the care we received. Now that the Stony Island place has opened there is a good source for boarding, grooming, and long-term care with plenty of parking. Its all good!

The vets at the Hyde Park Animal Clinic have been very good at taking care of our two cats. Theyre friendly and knowledgable, and their prices are reasonable. Theyve helped us out when our cats were sick. I also like that they didnt push for a lot of unnecessary tests or procedures.

Hyde Park Animal Clinic on Stony Island is superb! Great customer service and my dog, Dart loves it there as he wags his tail every time we come in. Boarding is affordable and I know that my dog is in great hands while Im away. Great south side vet option.

My standard poodles used Dr. Bailey for years. Love her. Dr. Henry is our new vet in the Hyde Park office now that Dr. Bailey has changed offices. My first visit with Dr. Henry was great and the office folks offer good service to you and the pets.

I love my cat vet Dr. Williams. He knows everything about cats and other animals. He was also my hamsters vet. He is knowledgeable and the animals are so comfort with him. This vet knows his stuff and loves all his animals and their parents.

So far, weve only used their grooming services. We think Cindy, their groomer, is really terrific (we followed her from Parkers). Were looking forward to seeing one of their vets soon for an annual check-up for our mini Schnauzer.
