This facility is very very rude. The receptionist has a frown on her face as soon as you enter and talk rude to you. I took my puppy of 2 1/2 months old for shots and no one was waiting with their animal. The receptionist asked me to leave my puppy very rudely and she said they were busy with emergencies. I said I will being him back tomorrow. I left and the doctor called me and asked me to bring him back and leave him, so I did. They insisted it will be around 3 hours. returned in 3 1/2 hours and they informed me they havent got to him yet. I said I will be on the other side of town in couple hours and I will wait. The doctor told me I was inconsiderate because I wanted to wait for him after already 3 1/2 hours already passed. She said she cant work with me very mean and told her receptionist to give me a copy of my records. That was the worst experience I ever encountered. I was hesitant to leave him in the first place and I wanted to see what they were going to do to him. Hes very tiny and I was concerned. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!

Dr. Davis is very unprofessional, nasty and rude. Shes very disrespectful to office staff and customers. Her current receptionist is just as nasty and rude. Her rates are lower than most, so you save on the services but endure her nasty disposition. Shes very ignorant and dismissive and will not let you get a word in if you have a question. Dr. Davis hung up on me twice for asking a question regarding my dog. She had been caring for my pit since she was a puppy. After that childish display of the hang up, I told her to send my records and we would not be returning. Now I see why her office is always empty, and we were always in and out because she had a lack of customers. Thinking she may need medication or counseling, for her mood swings and behavior. Unfortunately she doesnt display professionlism in her position. The only staff member that was really good is Marcus.

09/15 UPDATE:While this is still the cheapest place around, Ive gotten to the point I cant even stomach the unprofessionalism. Im done with them. TERRIBLE service. Ive tried and tried. Been nice to them, given them chance after chance. I refuse to be treated the way theyve treated me. DO NOT GO HERE. ////// You cannot beat the prices at this place. Only, you gotta figure in the time cost - they dont take appointments and you might be waiting in that waiting room for, literally, HOURS. The staff is decent, Ive been satisfied with the service. Just, again, did I mention the WAIT? Bring reading/listening material and make sure your pet has eaten, drank, pooped or whatever. Cause that wait....arrghh

Dr Tanya is the worst vet ever. Very ghetto and unprofessional. The place is dirty and disgusting!!! They had pets laid out unconscious where customers could see them and the worst part is the janitor was holding the dogs tube in his mouth!!! wtf kind of place is this. She said my dog had obstruction and needed surgery but I took him elsewhere and they said my dog was fine and just had gas. Dr. Tanya is so dumb I dont see how she is even a vet. When I went to pick up my pet from this rat hole he was covered in feces and crying and it was plain wrong!!!! If you drop your pet off here she will kill them. Please if you love your pet do not take them here its a very sad place.

I was referred to this hospital by my aunt. At the time my pug Honey was very sick . I thought it could be a boil but sadly to find out it was cancer. The doctor was very honest with me and although it broke my soul into pieces. We decided to put her to sleep. I was very emotional. After a week or so had past i figured this place had forgotten all about me but they didnt. They sent over death certificate, a condolences card, and more. I appreciate their customer service and sincere concern. I wouldnt recommend anyone else. I have a new puppy now name HURRICANE. We will be doing a walkin tomorrow. Im afraid of going back emotion wise but i wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. tanya is AWFUL!!!!!! she has a very nasty attitude and disposition. I have been coming to Ashland Animal Hospital for over 20 years. I loved Dr.Boutros,it is a shame that he has turned his business over to this woman. She is absolutely bringing his good name down!!!!!! I would not recommend them to anyone and all of the people I have sent there I am calling them and urging them to take their business elsewhere. tanya is very rude and disrespectful!!!! and does not deserve another dime of my hard earned money!!!!!

I go to this location for both of my dogs and Im never in for over an hour, service is fast and efficient. I can see how Dr. Tanya may come off a little rude at times, however i believe its because some ppl arent as educated as they should be as pet owners. You could tell she is very passionate ab what she does. She knows her stuff and the prices are fair and not nearly as overpriced as other places Ive been too.

The veterinarian was very condescending and unprofessional! I dropped off the dog and two hours later we received stating the dog would not be severed. The veterinarian did not give an explanation. We asked for the dogs records because we were going to find another vet. She smirked and stated, "Hey, Ill them to you!" Two weeks has past and still no records.

Dr. Davis was EXTREMELY rude. When I didnt have an answer for her soon enough, she HUNG UP ON ME. If this is how she treats 2 legged animals who are trying to HELP HER, based on this experience and her other reviews, I would shudder to see how she treats 4 legged animals.

Negative and unprofessional. Bad for animals. Not the same as it was. You get what you pay for. Dr. Boutros would be disappointed. Some people should stick to working for others instead of running a terrible business. Not a customer or pet friendly business.

Dr. Davis goes the extra mile for my cat. I am pleased with the service. Small but friendly. Ive been to other so-called upscale places and they tend to be cold and impersonal. Keep up the good work Dr. Davis. You get my vote any day.

The Hospital is wonderful, I miss Dr. Boutros, he was our family vet for a long time, however, Dr. Davis is a great vet, she will keep it real with you about your pets health at all times!
