This place is absolutely HORRIBLE ! I took my dog for a antibiotic shot because she had cause an allergic reaction to the food I had been giving her! Days later she stared having bloody diarrhea so I called them back to see could it have been a side affect they told me to bring her back in for an exam. First off they should have checked for ever possible thing that could have been wrong with her instead they just want to continue to take my money and not really look for the problem in animals as well I got no receipt or discharges papers I wasnt even in the room when they gave my dog the shot its the worse place ever to go most certainly wouldnt recommend them

Im an animal foster parent I rescue kittens/puppies until they are old enough to be adopted I bring the litters to this hospital because it is convenient and the prices are also great. Please do not confuse this place, as I did , with another one that is also on South Ashland. The staff is always courteous and kind the doctors seems very knowledgeable and they seem to truly love the animals. Dont just take my word for it try them out for yourself!

after this place changed hands, the lady took over with the worst attitude. there is no way anyone should bring any pets there. They wanted me to do all the work that at one time done for the customer. After i refused i was told to leave and never come back, they even mailed my dogs information to my home shot records and all. Dr. Butros never ever treated anyone with such disrespect. STAY AWAY FROM THERE.

This place deserves negative 5 stars! This place actually Declined my appointment because i didnt have 10 dollars up front to leave my dog there for his exam! Even after i asked them just to add it to my 45 dollar plus vet bill that ill pay when i pick him up....... If Im not mistaken, i thought vets are supposed to be animal lovers, guess i was wrong since my sick puppy was sent home over 10 dollars!

I love taking my cat there. They make it their business to know your pet name as well as yours! Theyre professional and patient with the animals. I love how clean it is and the staff is great! I recommend all pet owners to come in if needed!
