I could go on and on and on about what a horrible place this is. Never, ever take your child to this daycare. It is overpriced for what kind of treatment your children and the parents will recieve. The food is disgusting and unhealthy. In the summer, the air conditioning is never turned on until late in the afternoon after the kids have already played outside twice. The toddlers are miserable all day because they break out in a sweat while coloring. The people who own the place only care about money and the managers have no people skills and will try to avoid talking to anyone if at all possible. They are such idiots. Never work there either because you will be horribly screwed over with pay and health insurance. The department of welfare is seriously investigating this place. They always have an ant problem at the daycare and break every health code violation possible, but when the health inspector is scheduled to arrive they make sure that place is the biggest lie ever! The infants are constantly ill because of how uncleanly things are. Trust me. Take your child anywhere else, but here or better yet hire a nanny for the weekdays.

I have two small children, both under three years of age. I have interviewed a number of daycare providers. I have also used a nanny. I feel that my children are being cared for wonderfully by the teachers and staff at Small Steps, and I prefer it over having a nanny or being at other provider. They are very focused on educational, social, and musical development. Do my kids prefer daycare to being home? Certainly not, I would think that I had a problem if they did. The menu is healthy, and the staff is very attentive. My oldest was blessed with having the same teacher during his entire time at daycare. He talks about his friends and teachers at home in a very positive manner. After I read the review from Jan 7th, I figured it was from a disgruntled employee. People typically listen to the negative rants, but I wanted to give a fair and impartial review of the daycare. I would highly recommend this daycare to my family, friends and coworkers.

Worst doctors office in York County, they say one thing then do another regarding billing. Give excuses instead of fixing the issue and state theyll call you at a certain time but you end up calling them because they didnt call. Avoid at all costs, not worth the headaches
