This doctors office was given to me by my insurance company. The first time going all I had was a headache I could not get rid of, I filled out paperwork, which is fine and normal, but then the worst part came, I sat in the waiting room for literally two hours, they kept promising me it would be "just another few minutes". So all they told me was "get off your birthcontrol", and I went home. A month later I had a UTI and so back to the doctor I went, was only in the waiting room for a hour or so this time, peed in a cup and told to take some meds and then come back in a couple days. So... 4 days later I am in the waiting room again, this time only for a nurses visit too... yes pee in a cup again, this time I was not allowed to pee all day until I got there. I was supposed to be their first patient of the day, yea right! As the nurses scrambled around trying to figure out "why are you here?" after sitting in the waiting room with an overly-full bladder (mind: I havent peed since going to bed the night before) for another long hour, I was told that they could not do the test for another week and was whisked out the door without being offered a bathroom. I literally hate this doctors office. I am looking to change ASAP!

I been going to them for over several years, and I decided that the younger LPNS are RUDE and inexperience while trying to act like they are experience at their job. One doctor named Anderson seems to be inexperience with medical diagnosis and treatment plans that work. And what happened to the negatives comments on here? They seem to disappear, WHY!!. My insurance company told me that they are having too many complaints about this place. They seem to specialize in children and college students only. Every body else is just second.

Good practice. We love our daughters pediatrician (Dr. Massare) and the peds nurses are nice. My only ding against the practice is that scheduling a sick visit through their phone system is royal pain. Its usually a 2 or 3 call process because I get bounced around their switchboard and end up waiting like 10 minutes to speak to someone who can actually get me on the E-town schedule.

Been going here with the entire family since we moved to this area. Theyve always been very friendly and helpful. Being linked to the hospital has helped with all major care incidents over the years.
