I would like to write a nice review of the practice and Dr. Hartig, however, it is not possible. I phoned the office because my Dr. is on vacation and Dr. Hartig was the backup.I could not get past the receptionist, the most important issue was not my health or reason for phoning, it was my insurance. Who was my carrier and how would they be paid. I am a business owner myself, and I am also very aware of the Health Insurance Issues facing us today. However, all that being said, what has happened to caring for people, doing the job of helping others feel better and relieve their pain? I have good insurance, could pay for the service and rarely even see the Dr. however, I am in pain, and your receptionists attitude gave me more pain - no compassion and turned me away from ever remotely considering the use of the services at Hunt Valley. So,,,Dr. Hartig might be a good, kind Dr. but I will never know and will not make a choice to find out. Thank you for your tender care.

I have never been seen by a Doctor. I have always seen by a Practitioner. The staff is not friendly and they dont listen to what you are there for. The office Manager is very rude in talking. Not good customer service or use of medical resources. I went there for Routine check up and now they are sending me bills for the things which I never asked for. Friends please ignore this place.. they have a very poor management.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hartigs practice sine 1988 after being in a car accident. I live two counties over now and will make the drive every time! I rarely see Dr. Hartig himself and almost always see a Nurse Practitioner and could not be more pleased. Every single NP knows their stuff and is professional, informed and excellent at what they do. As long as I live in MD i will always be a patient of his office.

Have been going to Dr. Hartigs office for several years. My primary of choice is Jennefer Piper, N.P. who is excellent by the way. I have only seen Dr. Hartig 1 time and thereafter Jennefer Piper and feel that my overall healthcare is in excellent hands. Thanks to all for such good care.

Yeah, it was nice enough a place, but i never even saw this doctor hartig... i probably came there 6 or 8 times in two years only say nurse practioners... never even saw the dr, made me mad... found better.

Dr. Hartig is the best doctor. He takes his time with you. He will read up on something if he does not know. He make sure everything is right. He is the best.
