Overall the service was quick and pleasant - Once you actually get seen. I arrived at 0740 to make sure I was the 1st to be seen only to find one staff member entering the building (with her son). The 2nd staff member arrived at 0802 at which time the front door was finally unlocked. As I sat inside, a 3rd staff member arrived at 0815 and a 4th at 0830. Im confused because if you open at 0800 then staff should be in place, signed on to computers, and ready to work NLT 0745so doors can open on time and customers (sick ones at that) can be assisted. The person who helped me at the front desk (Essence) was nice and pleasant as was the male staff member. The other two at the front had mediocre customer service and discussed outside business most of the time I was there, I was finally taken back at 0843 by the male staff member (name started with an A and he was very pleasant). The Dr. (also very nice) saw me shortly after 0900 and I was on my way. I am disappointed overall with the level of customer service. I saw at least 3 staff members bring their children to work and it sounded like a playground in the back. Staff talked loudly outside patient doors about their previous evenings plans which was also unprofessional. I am not sure in what business an open time of 0800 means staff can mosey in between 0800-0830 but that is not acceptable. Had I not been the first to walk in the door who knows how long I would have waited. The location of the clinic should not have any bearing on the quality of worker. Concentra needs to ensure that the staff are professional, arrive ON TIME (which means at least 15 min before opening to get settled), and see patients quickly. Overall, I would only return here if I knew I could be the 1st person seen. Concentra needs to do better.

Two years ago I made a mistake by coming to HELL HOLE of a medical facility. You cant have a conversation with your fellow patron about anything health related. Because if you do and any of the staff member hear you. They will take it upon themselves to report it to the doctor. I was talking to a gentleman about his Cpap machine because we both were there to get the DOT physical. A few minutes later my name was called. (I had already been waiting for a hour and a half) Once I got in with the doctor everything went fast. She didnt have any concerns and said everything was fine. My only problem with this place was the wait time UNTIL it was time to leave. The doctor stepped out but came back about 10 seconds later as if she forgot to ask me something. This nosey B***H ask me about the conversation I had with the gentleman out in the waiting area. Then she turned around and said that she was going to give me a 90 days DOT until I do a sleep study. Whatever you do PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go to this location. Especially if youre on the heavy side and you need a DOT physical. Trust and believe if you do you will be ordered to do a sleep study. Then you will start getting letters from the motor vehicle department. Stating that you have been reported and you need to comply or they are going to suspend your licenses. To add insult to injury you will have to come back yearly instead of every two years. Now Im stuck in the concentra matrix at $86 a visit...SHM The only pleasant thing about this place is the sweetheart at the front counter name Samantha. Shantel and Chris that works the back area are cool and professional.

Absolutely horrible. I went there for pre-employment drug screen and tb test. My future employer sent me here,so I had no choice. First off all, the waiting area was filthy, visible mounds of dirty on the floor, and chairs that looks soiled. I checked in, informed them why I was there then waited...1.5 hours. In this 1.5 hours I experienced unprofessionism from the front staff. My last name was misspelled on my paperwork that Concentra had entered, and the front desk staff could not figure out how to order the drug screen AND tb test. When I informed her that my last name was misspelled she replied back, "that is how it is in the computer." Truly, you have my ID and my registration paper with the correct spelling. Why argue with me? This testing is pertinent to my job, thus I should have the right name on it! On top of that, I informed them that I had my chain of custody form, which the ignored. Once I got to the back, the medical assistant was very nice and helpful. Overall horrible. As a patient and as a provider, I would use this facility as a LAST RESORT only!

I will not be coming back to this unprofessional workplace. I went last week for a drug screening, gave the assistant my eScreen form and waited patiently for them to call me. After waiting 2 hours I took the test and got home just to realize that they sent my urinalysis to the wrong LAB with my social security and other personal information under SOMEONE ELSES name. I immediately called them and spoke with Susan the medical supervisor who tried to apologize to me but her apology isnt accepted. This is a mistake you just dont make. She explained to me that I would have to come back and take the test again and that she would write an incident report to fax to my job because I am at the risk of getting fired for fraud because of this. I will never EVER return here after this situation. This shows me how much they truly care about taking the time to carefully review peoples documents. Overall I am completely unsatisfied with this place....NEVER AGAIN.

The facility is clean updated and well equipped ! Your appointments are handled in timely manner (if scheduled for 10am staff ready for you at your scheduled time). Stephanie my Therapist is well educated and informed on my injury and is using experience and education to help increase mobility with care to not cause further injury or pain . As I observe Luis (other Therapist) is equally professional and courteous. I have been to many Therapeutic facility and many therapists and Concentra has a dynamite facility and well trained professional staff (mention the young assist who log in patients , take vitals and assist the Therapist is also a polite great addition to this wonderful staff. Praying many blessing for this company and their staff. Women up front are very professional as well . In pain but appreciating this experience through it all.

The only positive part about my experience was the nurse that took my vitals. She was very professional and very respectful to my daughters presence by using professional word codes that I could understand and my daughter couldnt. I wish the doctor was as professional. I waited 1 1/2 hours for her to come and see me after the nurse set me up in my room. She used adult terms in front of my daughter which made me very upset. After expressing my discomfort with the words she was using she said to me "am I going to answer the question or not." This was one of the many irritating things she said. I will NEVER come back here. I hope that the nurse that helped me thinks of becoming a doctor. She was caring and thoughtful and respectful. All things that the doctor was not!
