I walked in just after opening time to a roomful of people. I didnt pay attention to how long it took but the women who worked there moved us along efficiently, as well as pleasantly. Everything was very clean. I barely felt the needle go in. I had never come here before, and this was probably the best lab experience Ive had in years.

The girls were very busy and efficient. They greeted everyone and made accommodations for my mother who is handicapped and on oxygen. Exemplary patient care and customer service, especially with as busy as they are at that location with only 2 employees. I was more than satisfied and impressed, thank you Niecey and Michelle.

Dont go without an appointment. I waited over an hour on a Friday without even being called to check in. They came out regularly to call out appointment times, but drop in people just sat and sat.
