The staff was very unprofessional and mean to my mother when family were not present. They always have excuses for every thing. The nurses will write down the covered a room but they didnt even come in the room. The food is nasty !!! We had to rush my mother to the ER because they had medicated her so much she didnt ever recognize her own kids, My mother would sleep day in and day out due to the large amount of meds in her body; When my mother got to the ER she was on her death bed . she was in the hospital for more then a month ... My mother survived Thanks to her kids but your mother/father may not !!! The staff needs to go back to school because they suck !!! The long term area smells sooooooo bad !!!!!!!!!!!! OMG !!!!.
