Terrible Office Manager ! I Had Came From SheppardPrattThe Hospital Set Everything In Order For My First Session. This Terrible Office Manager Ashley Confirms My Session The Night Before And TheN When I Arrived She Tell Me I Need My Insurance Card Even When The Hospital Outpatient Coordinator Assured me They Had It. I Ask Her To Check In My File Sent Over From Them And She Didnt Even Spend A Minute Back There She Says Its Not In File. So I Reschedule And Let The Hospital Know They Assured MeA Photocopy Had Been Sent. On My Next Appointment Date I Arrive And She Hands The Same Huge First Visit Clip Board, I Let Her Know I Already Filled One And She Ignores Mr And Gets Upset. When My Appointment Time Finally Came She Says I Owe 3,000 To Be Seen! Wtf I Think, I Call Etna And Then Ashley Again Now She Says My Copay Should Be $180 And I Have A No Show Fee Of $60 ! Now Im Thinking What In The World Is This Girls Problem ! I FinalLy Quit and Agreed. Soothe Day Of My Third Scheduled Appointment I Call Before Hand To Confirm The Time And A Hispanic Female Answers And Tells Me I Didnt Even Have An Appointment Scheduled !!! Finally I Call The Office And Speak To Ashley Again Whos Even More Worse This Time, I Try To Fix My AppointMent Schedule AndThen She Suggests I Find Another Doctors Office ! Can U Believe That ! I Cant Imagine! " I Switched Doctors Cause.Of The Office Manager" ,Shes Not My Dr. ! BuT Shes Crazy Unprofessiona . 10 Mins Later I Go To The Office And She Locks TheDoor And Wont Answer! So Heads Up JMJ AND FIRE THIS WOMAN SHESBAD FOR BUSINESS$ AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The expierence my husband and I have endured has been undoubtedly superb. James the "Office Manager" has gone over and beyond customer service. My husband and I travel a great distance just to seek outstanding medical help that we cannot receive from the place where we reside. They (staff and doctor) has accommodated us on numerous occasions. Their exemplary service to their patients and family is infallible. Its definitely disheartening to read some of the negative reviews that have been listed. One can only think that they are people who are trying to sabotage this business for their own personal gain. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Each and every member we have encountered are dedicated to not only their job but making sure every patient feels safe and secure. They take pride in the service that they provide! This is an excellent team. As stated previously my husband and I travel far, we cross many state lines just to seek the help from these professionals because where we live, its all about scamming the health insurance companies to make a dollar. My husband and family needed someone who cared about "our" wellbeing. Mental health is a serious illness that can sometimes cast a shadow over your life. For that reason alone I wish my family and I to remain anonymous. One step at a time, my family is finding peace and normalcy again and we thank the entire staff for that!

Ive been a patient at JMJ for a year now. Ive honestly never had a bad experience. The staff has always been professional. Mrs. Wages, my therapist is awesome! The psychiatric nurse, Ms. Jane Francis is wonderful as well. Any paperwork or medical notes Ive requested to be faxed have always been done in a timely manner. I would and have recommended them to others.

Horrible place. Therapist are very nice. That dark skin man that wears the suit; I guess the director is rude all he care about is money. I doubt he even cares about his staff judging by the way he has talked to them in the past. Trying to get medication here is a waste of time. And trying to see dr.Nevarus you will be there all day. I was late for a meeting.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. But more people are ept to post bad news rather than the good stuff. But I love my therapist and Dr. Both are very professional and have helped me through this hurdle in my life. I am very thankful.

Love the staff they never have me waiting they know who I am when I walk in and they ask questions to make sure Im okay. I wouldnt go anywhere else
