Ive been a patient here for over 15 years and always had great experiences. HOWEVER, they are now under a new organization which makes their office and procedures painful, and rather stupid. I use only reading glasses but my sight has quickly gotten drastically worse for some reason and it is affecting my everyday life in all areas. I called in October for an appointment and was told that they are not taking any paitents that have issues with refractions. Only accepting those with medical problems. I explained my problem and was told that they could see me in January!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and poor service from a once great practice. I since went to MY EYE DOCTOR and acctually did have a MEDICAL ISSUE, NO THANKS to Capital Eye and their worthless service and care for long time patients. I wouldnt go there again and I paln to inform all of my family and friends who currently use them as well (currently 6 people that I know off hand). Dont waste your time on a practice that dont care about their patients health and changing eyesight!!! Never again!!!

This is the worst Opti Med place you can visit. Receptionist got to work at 8:15 am while reminder told people to get to the center 30 mins before appointment. Receptionists are rude on both occasion I have been to the facility in one month due to mistakes on prescription causing headache and eye ache. They wouldnt even reschedule promptly to fix their diagnosis mistakes. Unprofessional having others working in the examination room while seeing patients (lacks privacy without client consent). I hope to never put my eyes in this much danger and risk again.

Did not honor the arranged appointment. Made me wait for an hour after my scheduled appointment. I requested for my personal Medical Records, and they at 1st declined and after requesting in writing, they took 3 weeks to contact me. They will not hand it to me in person but will only mail it in. The clinic also will charge $25 to give my own records. Do not go there!

Pathetic billing department. They keep sending me bills and i have to call them again and again. They would not even send my bill to my insurance company and send me notices to make a payment. Too much of headache. I will not recommend this place.

I had to get my eye prescription changed 2 times because the doctor made a mistake twice! Now finally when i started wearing my glasses, I have started getting a headache. I so fed up and done with this place!!! This is totally unacceptable!

Had lasik here and couldnt be happier with the outcome or Capital Eyes treatment before, during, and after the procedure. I definitely recommend them for lasik.

The worst attitude ever! Twisting my word, interrupt my talking... even when it is clearly bad job was done on the plastic lens.
