Overall it was an amazing experience! I have been to other dental offices, but I had never been to an office where the employees are so caring about your oral health, patient with you, and friendly along with great customer service. My family entered the office and they greeted us so happy to see us and it was our first time. They told me that my insurance had been verified already and as soon as I filled out the forms for my family file I will be taken to the xray room. My children went to go play in the playing area and were they have games and a movie theater while I went into the adult waiting area got my self a latte coffee from their coffee bar and filled out the forms. The kids did not even bother me because they were having a blast and its sound proof but I still had the luxury of seeing them because it glass. The front office added my family info to my file and we were immediately passed to the xray room and they would call us by our name, not a patient or number. After the xrays they took our family to the childrens room and my kids were awed by how beautiful their rooms are. The doctor explained my childrens oral health and my kids did not even complain while they were getting their cleaning. After they got to choose their favorite color toothbrush and favorite animal mask. I was then passed into the adult room. It did not feel like a dental office, it felt more like a spa. The most surprising thing was that their dental chairs are heat able and massage able and while I finished my latte coffee the dental assistant was doing me a hand spa while the doctor review my xrays. Just like he did with my kids he explained every step while he did my exam. The financial advisor was very helpful in explaining my dental treatment and the front office was also helpful choosing a date for my families treatment that was most convenient to me. We had an amazing experience at the dentist! The best dental office in San Antonio Ive ever been to. Its not the closest dental office to my house but I do not mind the drive when they are so caring, my kids love it, and we are seen right away.

Terrible first visit. Son and I are new patients so I provided info beforehand over the phone and they called back next day and confirmed all good for appointment for both of us at same time (odd, but they said they could handle it). They couldnt. Arrived thirty minutes early to sign paperwork and waited for appointment time. It finally started thirty five minutes late for xrays. Then another long wait. Then finally got called to exam room. Another twenty something minutes left alone in exam room for my son. Then they said they can take care of me first so asked me to leave my teen son and go next door for my exam. Told my son to call me over when someone shows up for him. No one did. No one showed up for me either. That part of the endless wait was about another 45 minutes. I even walked around unattended dental stations and equipment for a few minutes looking for someone to explain to me why the crappy service. Didnt get much of a helpful explanation but was asked if I could come back tomorrow to do the exam they shouldve done fifty minutes prior. I only agreed to come back because I have no choice. They have our xrays. Im sure insurance is being charged no matter what. And I cant imagine the time lost to try to explain to insurance I had to walk out due to poor service. My guess would be they over booked time slots and didnt have no where near the staff to handle. Miss my old dentist now. I rarely complain either.

Dont waste your time like I did! I made an appointment for an evaluation for 5:30 pm, I got there early to fill out need paper work and was not seen until 7:00 pm......I waited patiently because I knew I needed work done. Got my evaluation and scheduled to have a root canal done the following week. Sine the fist evaluation till my appointment day my tooth got worse and was looking forward to having this root canal done to relieve the pain. The day before my appointment the office called to confirm my appointment, so we are set right? Wrong! Two hours before my appointment some one Frome the office calls and tells me that my appointment has been cancelled.....she also said that she left a message on my phone, which is impossible since I do not have my voice mail set up. Now I am stuck scrambling to find another dentist sine they will not be able to see me in their office for another 3weeks...... unbelievable.

After many years of not going to the dentist their representative in the field explained the process and was helpful explaining how my dental experience would be. The office called me and helped me set an appointment for the day and time I could go in. They answered all my questions and called back to remind me of my appointment and that they had verified my insurance. when I went to the office they were really nice and gave me the paper work to fill out. They right away did my xrays and passed to the exam room. I loved it when they took the time to do a spa while I was getting massaged by the chair. I am definitely coming back every six months. The doctor was great I did not feel anything while my cleaning was done. I had such a relaxing time at the dentist and on my way out I got one of their delicious coffees.

Appointment was at 2:40... It is 3:10 and the only thing I have been called to the front for was to pay! Their time management is unbelievabley behind times. Pleased spread your time slots out if you do not have the necessary staffing. I understand issues happens, however not everyone has time to wait and their are issues that need to be addressed in personal lives. I was present for the appointment 20 minutes early and still have only paid. Andrew Couls

Great service! Everyone was very nice and friendly! They have a waiting room for kids with cool games and a huge screen to watch movies. My kids didnt want to leave the office. I recommended this place to everyone!!! They also are open on Saturday . This works perfect for me and my family. Otra de la ventaja es que el personal tambien habla español!!!!

Went there on time. But waited forever to be called for the xray. And then waited for like 45 min to 1 hr for the dentist to show up to do cleaning for me. Im not even satisfied with the cleaning. In short, Im not gonna go back there again. Ill probably get my xray result and never come back . Ive wasted so much time in there.

Dr. Rubio just did a treatment for my 8yr old an he was great !! I was able to be in the room with her an he explained to me everything step by step. Even my daughter said she didnt feel anything. Didnt even remember lol And the Drs asst was also great she was so nice an fun We both loved the experience !!

Love this place and all their staff!! Its an adult and kid friendly dental office all in one. My kids love playing in the waiting area and the prizes they get after their visits. I love the pampering they give the adults with the spa rooms. Well definitely keep going back and I highly recommend them!
