This review is reflective of the Lemon Tree Dental office and NOT their on-staff dentists/hygienists. My husband and I started going to Lemon tree in 2013 and were initially very impressed with their services. If you only go in for routine visits and require NO additional services, then you should be fine. When I required a cavity filling is when BILLING became ridiculous. I was overcharged $150 and it took me nearly 8 months to get any money back. I called them five times and each person I spoke to told me a different story. I walked through the billing math with a lady who rudely assured me I had received money back from them. I had her tell me what credit card they sent the funds to and the number she repeated back to me was my cell phone number. I had to fight her to convince her credit card numbers are 16 digits not 10. I finally spoke with a manager who assured me this would never happen again and that she would call me back when she got to the root of the problem. I never heard back. If you dont want the headache, seek services elsewhere. Again, the dental staff are wonderful but if you have to work on any kind of billing issues with the front desk I suggest pouring a glass of wine because youre in for a long haul.

A Real Lemon -- Do Not Recommend - Poor management and customer service! 1 July 2010 Appt Time 0830 - Originally 2 July the booked on 1 July causing me to take leave from work...Cost me $$$$ 0830 - In Chair on time 0832 - Dr. injected Novocain 0835 - Dr and assistant left the room 0900 - I left chair went to bathroom and came back still no Dr or Assistant 0920 - Still in the chair very numb not Dr or assistant 0925 - Went to hallway asked other assistants to find out when we were getting started... 0930 - Different assistant comes in and tries to make and excuse about the cart used for root canals is being used...I stated the Dr could have filled the 5 filling by now before the root canal. 0935 - Dr. and assistant finally arrive...I asked the Dr. why I sat for an hour and she stated she was with another patient...I asked her why she was double booked...It is a poor scheduling issue 1220 - All my dental work was finally completed...I asked to speak with Office Manager and was told she was not in...I asked they call me when they get in...didnt happen. Called the main office to make a formal complaint; main office didnt show Dr double booked, so the Westover Hills site must be over booking the Drs.

I have been going there for my last couple of dentist visits. I always have a great experience, the office is very clean, the staff are friendly and professional. I have been seen by Dr. Yana who always take the time for a one on one discussion about my oral health and is extremely knowledgeable. She has a very a very good chair side manner, always asking if the patient is doing ok during the procedure. I think she is a very good dentist, none of the work she has done ever gave me any pain like some other dentists I have seen in the past. She even correct the look of some previous work I had done, looks much better now. She really cares about making your teeth look their best. Great experience, recommend you ask for Dr. Yana.

Went in for a routine check up and cleaning as a new patient. Was told I had advanced periodontal disease, an infection in my bone, a molar that needed to be extracted, a cracked molar and cavities. Based on the fact that I have had regular dental care and my last checkup before I moved here was perfect, I went and got a second opinion. EVERYTHING that Westover Hills said was a lie. I dont even have a single cavity let alone all the the things they said I needed done , total cost around 3000 dollars. So thankful I got a second opinion. I would be minus a tooth and 3000 dollars had I trusted them. They should be ashamed. Stay away if you value your teeth and money!

Nickels & Dimes- If you like heavy pressure sales people pretending to care about the health of your teeth- this is your place. Pay close attention to the INITIAL DOCUMENTATION they have you fill out: - If you could whiten your teeth for an affordable cost, would you? - If you could change your smile, what would you improve? - On a scale of 1 - 10 how important is your dental health to you? Places like this are the epitome of a profits first- patients last philosophy. Come in because a crown broke and they cant wait to schedule you for the next two that, "arent bad yet, but may need work in the future".

Shady business... Spouse went here for emergency help with a cap that had fallen off and was told he needed to do a whole slew of other things. Saw a second dentist who said he couldnt find a reason for anyone to have told him he needed to have all this other stuff done. When he called the office back and said he didnt want to come back in to have anything else done - just bill us for what we owe... they said he would have to come in to sign some forms.... I dont know what thats about, but its just shady and made us feel like they were lying and probably overcharging to begin with.

I have experienced extremely long wait times even when an appointment is made. I would suggest finding an alternative place, like I did. This place is awful. I still receive junk mail because they have not updated their records to reflect my payment, since there was a delay in my insurance providing payment… I have to physically walk in because apparently they never answer their phone, or return voice mail when I leave messages. None of the receptionists know whats going on and ask me to call their corporate office. What a nightmare, I don’t have time for these problems!

This dental office is HORRIBLE!!!! I got a filling and it came out less than 6 months! The staff is a joke, they hung up on me when inquiring about billing since THEY processed the documents incorrectly. They try WAY to hard to upsale you on every little thing wether you need it or not. Lack of professionalism. Only went here since I was new to the area and I would highly recommend going else where like Ive done. I never write reviews but hopefully mine will help save you some time.

I have been very impressed with this office, from the front-end staff to the professional staff. Tammy is the best Dental Hygienist I have ever had. Extremely thorough and took the time to teach me a few things about how to properly care for my teeth. I will never see another hygienist again! Dr. Yana is a great dentist as well! She is also thorough and provides only the care that is needed. Nothing was done that didnt need to be done. Go here for dental care, you will not regret it!!

I have been seeing Dr. Yana for the last few months, initially I hated the Dentist, however Dr. Yana, not only removed my fear of the Dentist, but I actually look forward to going to my Dental Appt. In fact, over the past few months, the care that I have recd has made me feel better about my smile and my improved dental hygiene. She is an amazing dentist, whom I have started taking my children to as well.
