I had an awful experience at this facility. I went in for a root canal and the first thing that they did was had me sit on the procedure room. Prior to all of this I had already filled out the form in which I had checked off my low blood pressure & anxiety condition. I asked that they please not use epinephrine and as soon as I felt the rush I knew that it was epinephrine. Well that wasnt really the worst part. When an assistant checked my blood pressure she looked at me and said that my blood pressure was GREAT! I had a very low pulse and my diastolic was in the low 50s which is usually in the high 80s. I informed them that I was feeling very dizzy and I was having breathing problems. So the assistant went to inform the doctor. I was hoping that they would at least check my BP again but instead they said to come another day and to go over to the front desk and make another appointment. I said to the front desk representative that I was unable to go on with the procedure because I had breathing issues and she wanted to schedule me for another day. My whole mouth was numb and my eye was twitching like crazy feeling dizzy I walked out. I then got in my car and stayed in my car for about 20 minutes before driving. Its like they had no concern whatsoever for my well being. I mean how could you just let someone walk out like that. I called in again after feeling better and asked if I could go in and they said they were completely booked! I told them that I was still in horrific pain...they said "Come in as a walk in" We will for sure but it might take a while. Hours later they said that they could not see me at all. I was just such a disappointment. I would not recommend this place at all. Specially if you suffer from BP or anxiety or other illness Id be very cautious. I could have placed a law suite but decided to just let it go being that I didnt get into a wreck or anything like that. It seems all they care about is your money.

They were unprofessional. They ushered me in right away, no waiting in the lobby. The hygienist was smacking gum in my face as she took my X-rays. They then left me alone in the dentists chair for about 30 minutes. I got quite a bit of reading done. The dentist came in eventually to speak to me very briefly and give me a brochure. She said I would watch a movie, and she would come back. I said that I had hoped to get to work fairly soon, and she just laughed and disappeared again. I had not been joking. After waiting another 20 minutes or so alone in the dentists chair, I decided I better cut my losses and go to work. The dentist was working on another patient when I left and abandoned him with his mouth open (the hygienist was with him so he wasnt completely alone) to chase after me. She said she would look at me that instant, but I was uncomfortable with the fact that she left her patient like that so I declined and walked out. The receptionist told me to call again later to reschedule my appointment, but Im sure she knew I wouldnt be back. I certainly never received any sort of follow up call or mail from them. To give at least one positive thing, the place is new, up to date, and clean. However, if you’re in a wheelchair, this place is hard to get in and out of. I assisted a man in while I was waiting.

Wonderful experience, front desk was extremely helpful with scheduling and explaining the process. The technicians were great, with me being a new patient they gave me a tour of the facility. When getting xrays there was no bulky bite block but updated equipment, which included taking pictures of the work needing to be done. Rooms were very clean and the techs wiped everything down after it was used immediately. The dentist was amazing, quick and efficient and was able to fix my tooth today. I was told I would need a crown by a different dentist and that it would be three times as much. Dr Reyes said I didnt need a crown yet and he could do a filling for a third of the cost of a crown. The work maybe took a half hour and was very well done. They offered to set me up for my next appointment even before I left. I had an amazing experience here and will continue to use their services and I will highly recommend them.

I took my mother for the free x-ray & exam service offered by this clinic with an HEB receipt coupon. The staff was professional & well-mannered. They treated my mother & myself just as well as paying customers. My mom was kept as comfortable as possible during the exam. They were very thorough explaining the results of the exam and dental procedures she might consider. After the exam we were counseled about costs for further dental work and our options by a very knowledgeable and sweet lady. They had several other patients while we were there and while I was in the waiting room during my moms x-rays I observed all customers seemed happy & had good report with the staff. The facility itself is clean and seems fairly new. It was advertised that they now accept Medicare.

I took my daughter to another dentist and was told she needed 5 possibly more caps, so I wanted a second opinion. My Tia recommended this place to my mom and my mom to me, I was very happy with our visit. My daughter didnt need ANY caps but did need a tooth pulled, they quickly, and safely removed the tooth. The office was very welcoming, and clean. I had a question about braces for myself and upon paying for my daughters procedure and checking out, I was provided a quote, dollar for dollar with a thorough explanation of where and what my money would go to, beyond satisfied! Ive already recommended this place to others. Also keep in mind I live a good distance from here and would do not mind the drive for such great service.

I have always been afraid to go to the Dentist because I have always had bad experiences. My appointment today at Alamo City Dental was the most awesomely rewarding experience ever. I was greeted with friendly smiling staff and was given a grand tour of the office. Something I have never experienced before. I was given payment options and was explained in detail everything I needed to know. Jose Nino and Dr. Edward Gonzalez were a team and made me feel so comfortable and did an excellent job! I will tell all my friends and family about Alamo City Dental and will follow Dr. Edward Gonzalez where ever he goes. This is truly a genuine Blessing to have been seen and taken care of by such a professional team!!!!!

OMG!!!! Best best client service! And Dr Reyes he is just so amazing. He is very detailed on his work and fast. I didnt feel a thing I am so so happy to find a great wonderful dentist he makes u feel like ur a friend and treats u equal its not like walking into a high society snobby dental office. The women here make u feel at home and are so sweet and funny. Absolutely love them all. They see my whole family here and are so quick to help u out when ur in a bind with a tooth ache. These wonderful people dont let u suffer in pain they fix the problems right away. I love you guys truly do. Yall are Gods little teeth workers ! Be proud cuz yall deserve the best! Thanks so much.
