One woman working the window facing the chairs was very, very, unprofessional. She had dark hair, seemed to be kinda older, big bags under her eyes. I was humiliated and I wasnt even there as a patient, I drove someone there, so I can just imagine how patients are treated.

Avoid at all cost. Doctors dont care about how severe your mental illness is. They just want to string you along to get the most money. Someone I know is on the edge of suicide but they dont care because a dead person means no money for them.
