Please be careful when scheduling an appointment. We are busy parents during the week, and chose to make an appointment about 2 weeks ago for a Saturday. I get a call about 10 am on the day of the appointment for them to tell me that they would have to cancel our appointment for my 23 month son because the insurance could not be verified. When I made the appointment, I even told the lady to please verify it, because I had spent my planning period to find out the information about our insurance. Why couldnt they have the courtesy to call me on Friday? Was the "system down" for 2 whole weeks? I want parents to be careful, because sometimes we move things around in our schedules to make these important appointments, and then careless offices and businesses do things like this. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

We had an appointment this morning . And show up early since last vist we where 5 mins late and I had to reschedule to today. We show up and its Closed! And I received a email that my appointment is going to be next week. I have been coming even other Saturday since December because ya are always closed. If ya dont feel like working on Saturdays be straight up about it and dont schedule appointments on this days . And I know Im not the only one that ya do this bullshit to because two other cars just pulled up trying to open yalls door. For future times ya make up ya mind that ya dont feel like working ya need to CALL the appointments a Day Ahead so they dont have to waist time like I did!

Taking my 5 kids to the dentist is always a hassle. Pretty much anywhere. This place makes it easy. They schedule my appointments together and take time with each individual kid. Ive been taking my kids here for the past 3 years and never had an issue. I take them twice a year, once before back to school and once every February. The staff are ALL friendly and we are in and out. They hold true to their appointment times. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because I wish the office was larger. Bigger waiting room and a bigger restroom with more stalls would be great! But they do have a separate area for diaper change!!! My kids love it here and so do my neighbors that I sent this way!

Love this place! My wife worked as a dental assistant so we are very picky on dentists. We have gone to several places and this is the only office she has approved of! We have children between the ages of 2 months to 11 yrs and they know how to handle all ages appropriately. We love the comfort knowing my kids teeth and health is in their hands. They do their best to explain everything in detail and make sure you and the child are happy! Although its a small office setting, with the great service, I see them expanding very soon!

I and Glad and content i changed my children to this childrens dentist location.I give this dentistry a 5 star rating .I recommend other parents to take there children here staff and dentist here are amazing , friendly , helpful.Every time i have appointments for my children we are in and out fast and very satisfied with all the detailed information from dentist after reviewing x rays done they answer and explain any questions you have .

I love this dentist for my children. The office staff is always nice and courteous, and professional. The office is always clean. The dentist are amazing and my daughter is terrified of the dentist, she needed a tooth removed and the dentist did it so quickly and my daughter didnt even notice it was out! I would definitely would recommend anyone to this office! By far the best experience Ive had with a dentist in a long time.

I brought my daughter into the office to be seen. We saw a Dr Curtis who was very kind to my daughter who was very scared and apprehensive. The staff and the doctor here are great, they made my daughter and myself very comfortable with the recommended treatment that she was needing and they made her feel special. Thank you all for taking the time to make this a great experience for us.

I love taking my little ones here. I have a 1yr , 6 yr , and an 11yr old and they just love going to the dentist! I have no problems what so ever getting them in the door. I highly recommend this clinic and its staff. Awesome team work, knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and fast! What more could a mom ask for? Thank you TDFK for always taking care of me and my family!

On Saturday I took my kids to Texas Dentistry for Kids. The nurses were very patient and professional. I was a bit nervous to take my 3 yr old son but he actually enjoyed the cleaning and all. The dentist was very polite and explained in detailed what was needed. Thank you for giving a wonderful experience to my 3 kiddos. See you in 6 months!! :) Gracie T

I am an adult afraid of the dentist but when I discover Texas dentistry for kids and that they were able to treat me even though I was an adult( because they treat adults and kids) I fell in love with the service,they treated me in a way that Im not afraid anymore and I go happy every time that I need to have anything done... definitely awesome !!!!!

Everyone here is super friendly and passionate at what they do. They treat my kids wonderfully. Before the even get started on my childs treatment they tell her everything that they are going to be doing the show her the tools that they will be using. This dental office is amazing with kids and I fully recommend people to take their children there.

Cant express how much TDFK Mesquite means to my children and I! They have been going there for 5yrs now and have had the best of care from front desk making appointments to walking out with balloon animals with all smiles. There isnt anywhere I trust more to take care of all their hygiene needs. Check it out and you wont regret it :)

At Texas Denistry for kids you can always count on excellent service. I am the proud parent of 5 girls, so booking appts for all of them at once is difficult. I was able to book all my girls appts within 15 minutes of each other and was out of the clinic at a very reasonsnle time. The staff is pleasant and friendly. 5star facility!!

Weve been going to Texas Dentistry for about 2 or 3 years now and theyve been awesome! We switch the kids over from a bigger dental chain to this one and they caught some things and went into action expeditiously. I love it and the experience my kiddos have there. Theres a few hiccups but overall the service is great.

I love the experience that I had here. They treated my daughter so good. The last appointment I was late 15 minutes and they still allowed her to been seen. The doctor answered all of my questions and explained the procedure she had to get done so well. I love it here and will definitely be back. Shyann loves them too!

I highly recommend Texas Dentistry for Kids. The staff is very friendly and the doctors were so good with my kids. They were gentle but thorough. I like that they are actually board certified PEDIATRIC dentists. That matters to me. My kids are already looking forward to their next appointment! Thanks TDFK!!!
