There was only one person on duty, but she was very nice and efficient. I didnt wait any longer than 15min and there was a constant stream of people checking in. Word of advice, check in online; much faster/easier.

Arrived 30 minutes before last advertised check in time (40 min before closing) and they were not allowing any more check ins. Waste of time. Poor policy.
