Would NOT recommend you send your family member here. Dont get me wrong this is a nice looking facility but as an ex employee its awful when it comes to taking care of the residents. This place constantly hires and fires like its nothing, the job has good benefits but they Human Resource (HR) department can careless about their employees. Also being an employee here the CNAs NEVER answer the call bells, if they do it takes them at least almost an hour to do so. Thats why most of the residents have storks or falls because they are not being properly taken care of. Also a lot of these residents have awful bed sores so awful that they smell and you can see their bones and this is from them not being placed in bed the right way and not being turned at least every 4 hours.. I honestly like this facility needs to be inspected because looks are deceiving

Most of staff at this facility is rude. They speak cruel to those with dementia and Alzheimers. New staff is absolutely not welcome. No one wants to help another.it is no wonder why good staff doesnt stay. Requesting a day off is extremely frowned upon.One of the directors does nothing but bark orders. not one thing positive does she say I believe her name is Renee.five star for this facility is a lie. I tried working there twice and it was the same both times.what a shame!

Very poor service i feel like i was totally rushed out of rehab and therapy they made the beds up but sheets wasnt changed while i was there to get fresh water was a shame. bathrooom stayed dirty and o.t. was just a joke need i go on never will i choose this place again for myself or anyone else ya just keep putting the smilies on your faces but i see right through all of you guys.

Please dont let previous reviews from disgruntled employees discourage you. GreenField Health and Rehabilitation Center is one of WNYs premier facilities and I would encourage everyone to check it out for themselves.

Aqua therapy is one of the best in wny. Pool is clean and very warm. Therapists are compassionate and knowledgeable
