I had used this lab many times for new employment drug screens, no issues before, so automatically went there again when new employer needed a screen. I walk up to reception desk and hold my "form" out to receptionist and start telling her Im here for a employment drug test. She tells me shell take the form later when she calls my name. 15 min later she calls me, hand her my form and she tells me "they dont do drug screens there anymore" and tells me to go to lab in Loomis, so its now 3:15 with traffic I get there about 3:35, and the receptionist there tells me I have the "wrong" form and they only do drug screens with a different form and doesnt know why the Sunrise office keeps sending people over to their office! Then she tells me that the lab I just came from does do screens but only til 4pm. What??!! Needless to say it didnt happen that day. Still dont know if 151 Sunrise does or doesnt do drug screens. I just know the receptionist is not good at her job. Went elswhere, another day.

This lab is awful. The staff is unfriendly and borderline incompetent. Half of them mumble when they talk and the other half will just ignore you. The only reason we went to this location is because they supposedly "specialize in pediatric patients" - WRONG. Its ONE, UNFRIENDLY LADY. WHO SMOKES AND REEKS OF CIGARETTES. We had to take our son to get some blood drawn, it took them 30 minutes to figure out how much they needed to take from him. He is only 2, so they informed us they couldnt take all the blood they needed in one trip - so we had to return another day. On our second trip, which was 2 days after the first trip, they had no idea how much blood they still needed to take, or which tests they still needed to perform. That time it took them an HOUR to figure it all out. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAB! If you have to go to Quest Diagnotistic, CHOSE ANOTHER LOCATION! If you dont have to go to Quest go to a LabCorp!

Ive had to come here 3 times for the same procedure because the first time i came, they didnt give me the kit i was supposed to take home. The second time, i came in to get my bloodwork done but had to leave because I had to go to work. Mind you, i came to the lab an HOUR AND A HALF before i was supposed to be at work. The wait was too long and i had to leave again. The third time, i check in and the screen says 15 minutes. Then it goes up to 40. 25 minutes pass and the screen goes up to 55 MINUTES! I had to leave again because i am a working adult and dont have time to wait 2 hours every day of the week to just get some bloodwork done. This is ridiculous. I live in America and should not have to run around so much to access healthcare.

Ive always had a good experience at this lab, sure they get busy and have a smaller staff thats why there are 3 within a mile of each other, all I can say is I like being drawn at this location I go every week. I have been to their other locations in Roseville and I choose this one best out of them all. When you go to a lab without a appointment you have to wait, its that simple for the people who complain. The E. Roseville Prkwy, now that one has rigid employees due to under staffing and a small waiting room, Ive waited there for hours. Thats why I choose N. Sunrise, I get greeted and told how long I have to wait, and if I come 5 minutes before they close they arent supposed to draw me but always squeeze me in.

Cold and insensitive receptionists made my 90 year old mother wait her turn for lab test during a time she was not feeling well. Staff were rigid and frigid in their dealings with patients and family. Not good listeners. Ordering clients to just sign in and wait. Same story during a more recent visit, what should have been a quick drop off. The Phlebotomist, however, has been understanding and compassionate, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

I was there for 2 hrs, I hear everybody complaining about the time that they had been waiting... at least 1 to 2 hrs wait time... staff unprofessional and very little knowledgeable I took my papers and walked away after 2 hrs of waiting... I am never coming back again to this place and do not recommend it all... Hate this place

I have been going to this facility for 4 to 5 years now and have only had 1 bad experience. They are always nice, polite and professional. It is convenient so a lot of people go there and it can be slow at times but I do not believe that is the fault of the staff.

I just signed up and was told it would be an hour wait. I asked why the wait was so long and she said it was because they were out two people: one was on maternity leave and another out sick or something. Poor planning and excuses for a lab. Unbelievable!

Worst customer service. Could hear they were down a person. Waiting room full. Told 45 minute wait. It took 1 hour 45 minutes. Even people who had appointments waited 45 minutes. This was not the first time for a long wait

Worst service I have ever expierenced. I came in for a time sensitive blood test and got judged for my condition. Very rude judgemental people. I hope they dont do that to everyone.
