There was no experience!! Prior to arrival, checked website for hours. Reported "open" 7am ~ 9pm..Arrived at 7:15am. Lights on in office with one or two employees visible through windows. Small sign on door "Closed" indicating reason flooding? After gaining an employees attention, she indicated office is always closed when raining & flooding! I saw no evidence of flooding?? Maybe broken pipe??? Office was/is High & dry! A young lady was polite when asked where might I seek another office. But, did not seem knowledgeable when asked for locations. And, it seemed obvious, there was no attempt to provide any realistic assistance as was there no realistic explanation for "flooding"..A night of "fasting" which appears to have supported a very feeble and poor display of patient assistance! NOT GOOD!

Women with short black hair in front desk was not very nice.. She did not ask for my insurance card or my paperwork just told me to sit down until my name is called...I was there for sugar check...She did not give me my sugar drink I was sitting there for about 20 min for nothing until I went up to the window again and a different lady gave me my sugar drink then I had to wait fir another hour..... If you end up visiting them make sure they know what test you are about to take...

I was unable to reach a live human via the LOCAL number for my diagnostic center, I find this incredible. I had questions before my test and can reach no one to answer them. If i have the option in the future i will refuse to use your company at all costs. As a patient i should have SOME way of contacting the testing center to get a live person, not a computer or automated scheduler.
