The front desk employee Kris is extremely rude. I work in the healthcare field. I know what its like to be under pressure with a lot of people in the waiting room. That doesnt excuse rude behavior. When I walked in the door I was not acknowledged and stood in front of her for about five minutes before I finally asked if I could just drop off my specimen. After about 5 more minutes she finally asked one of her employees to help myself and another woman that was waiting to which the employee replied "sure because I dont feel like doing anything". The two stars are because we always receive results on time. The experience overall was unprofessional.

No waiting, clean, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and smells like coffee because of Starbucks next door. Pleasant experience after not so pleasant ones at the Quest off of Sunrise by Trader Joes.
