Terrible business practices. I went one time for labs for my son and was a cash paying patient due to a break in coverage. I went to pay the full amount at the time of labs and the person at the desk told me to go upstairs and pay at another office and it would be half the price. Who wouldnt save $100+ to walk up the stairs? So, thats what I did. I get a call 3 months later telling me that they werent supposed to do that and now I owed them the money and the other place will send me a check back. So, now I am supposed to wait for a check and pay them again for bad business? I have spoken with 4 different people and they all have something different to tell me. Never once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or try to make things right. This place needs to get their stuff together.

The staff here was very pleasant and professional. I wish they had the capability to do the 3-hour gluclose test. I have to go somewhere else for that :(
