Horrible service. The heavyset, dark hair white lady who checked my client in, was nothing but rude and obnoxious. Hollering and shouting for no good reason. She hollered at me because she thought in her little brain that my client was dumb and cant speak for himself. Oh, I needed to make sure I stay with my client and come up to the desk with him, as well as to the back with him while hes getting his blood drawn. Like WTF, he is a grown man, 37 years old. He is not a child, for saken Christ. He can verify his own birthday and address. I was in the waiting area, 2 steps away if anything was needed. Her hollering and shouting at the patients/clients were unnecessary. Get a different job lady if you hate your job so much to the point you have to mistreat the clients and patients. If I had a choice, Id give 0 stars.

Took my 4yr old for bloodwork, waited an hour. Very upset how the phlebotomist has no freakin clue what she is doing, poked him several times all over his arm and had the needle in and out in the same spot looking for blood when she should have look for the vein to start with, then she asked "lets try the other arm" and my son wont do it again because of the experience. He was cooperative at first but because she doesnt know what the hell shes doing they were not able to draw any blood and my child refused to give his other arm. Made the whole experience traumatic and our trip a total waste of time!

This company is a fraud. They will bill you after you pay cash and say there is nothing they can do about it when try to clear it up with them. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time or money with this company. I will NEVER use quest again. They are billing me, a cash patient, $300 extra on top of what I agreed to pay when the blood was drawn.

Terrible service. The person who was suppose to be helping me and should of been professional was anything but....Rude obnoxious and unhelpful...I will never use them again
