My name is Vicki and in February I found out I have Cancer unfortunately I have 6 months of Chemo. I get my blood drawn two times a month I go to quest on Sunset Blvd. in Rocklin, Ca inside the safeway Store Let me tell you JoAnne Saiz and Veronica White are outstanding employees. I have never been to a Quest and had this kind of service. Not only are they great employees they became much more to me then just employees working at Quest. They care about me as a customer, they are very gentle and know what they are doing. Love Love Love the service I get from JoAnne and Veronica that is the only Quest I will go to. I have never wrote a review in my life now that says it all.

I always had a great experience at the old Rocklin Road site. In November, I tried out this replacement site and the male phlebotomist could not be faulted. This afternoon though, the woman on duty had the most curt, sarcastic, angry manner I have ever encountered in the medical profession. Quest needs to send her back to veterinary practice.
