Terrible and pointless. You get in an unending circle, cannot get a real human and thus cannot clarify that you need an early morning appointment because fasting, without regard to the day, within a two week period. You are thus forced to show up early and wait hours till your turn comes. Two weeks ago, I made an appointment for my son. They ignored it and took others ahead of us. Then announced an hour later that we were at the wrong Quest location and sent us to a different one. SAD.

I asked to do cash pay. Possible intubal pregnancy front dask said irs to much time to check, and she has no time then finally she checked it. As i was thinking under 30 seconds she said your waisting my time. I will cancle you you and put you back to begining of line which is about 2 hr away. And i already been here over one hour. Horrible costumer service very unprofessional

Receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional...the lady taking my blood poked into my muscle and not my vein, had to have another lady come do it properly. On top of having to wait over an hour when there were only four customers there. The coyle ave location is a thousand times better and more professional....

As labs go these guys are very organized. The receptionist is also a phlebotomist. They had three on staff. When I arrived there were plenty of open seats. When I left 15 minutes later nearly all the seats were full. Dont bring your knitting - I did. You wont have time for it. ;)

Horrible horrible organization. I made an appointment and have been waiting for 40 minutes already and no idea when I will be called in. In the past 15 minutes not a single person got called in - and there are 3 or 4 staff members walking back and forth.

The ladies here are soooo stupid literally they have no idea what their doing!!! Even if you make an appointment they will have you wait for hours!

Impossible for the automated system to understand the letters BAR in confirmation number, tried 9 yimes...gave up, unable to cancel appointment.

had to wait almost 1.5h. only one doc available, computer issues at the front desk.. pretty much waste of time with no apologies
