Technition seemed angry..over whelmed with load of work,did not seem to try to accomplish her work in a timely manner....told every one it would be an hour wait time if no appointment, we had already waited almost 30 minutes..not a full waiting room!! we left went to Quest Diagnostic in Roseville, off Sierra College (Safeway Shopping Center. Very Positive experience...much more pleasant staff, much more efficient flow of patients,,about 10 - 15- minute wait.

Terrible. They do not send the results to the doctor that ordered the labs nor do they give them to you. If you call during their biz hours, you have to select "I am a doctor" to get beyond a recorded menu and then you only get an answering machine. So you cannot contact an actual person to try and get the results. My doc even told me, they are notorious for not sending the results. But they gladly took my money.

The reviews are right. It appears that there is one person drawing the blood as well acting as a receptionist. There were only like 4 people here but its taking over an hour just to handle almost three ( the 3rd person is being seen now). This is riduculous. The lady also made us wait on a guy whos fax hadnt come in yet rather than taking care of other people while he waited. Ridiculous!

Only one person working on a Monday morning, and she helped 3 people in one hour. I couldnt wait any longer, so I had to leave, but there were still 2 people ahead of me. Last time, I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes, and the person was rude. Recommend looking elsewhere.

Such a bad experience. This is my first and last time coming here. I didnt have an appointment, I understand but Im here right now for more than 2 hours, and still waiting for a simple blood test! The technician is so rude and the only person here. Awful service . Not recommended at all!
