Had a mobile clinic com to work. Lady was shaky and going through hot flashes. Said she had like 7 years exp in a hospital lady couldnt get a vain to draw blood. Tried both arms. Said I had to go to a office to do it. Couldnt get in touch with a human. All automated phone. No one answering phones very unprofessional very scary trying to trust people in the labs to stick needles in you when no one seems knows what there doing. QUEST DIAGNISTICS NEED A COMPLETE OVERHAUL. THE CEO SOUPD BE EMBARRASSED TO BE MAKING MONEY LIKE THIS.

Hours, and staffing, make this location impossible for any WORKING person to be seen. The website should state, "Appointments not necessary, unless you do not have 2+ hours to wait". Quest should also consider the fact that most patients are fasting. Since each procedure takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, Im not sure what the extremely slow turn around time is all about. Obviously, staffing is not adequate.

This is a poorly run facility. The receptionist does not treat clients with respect, she shouts out their insurances and embarrassed a few in the reception area. I have been here several times before and yet this time they have lost all of my information. I waited over an hour with a not too full reception area, for a 5 minute draw.

Unresponsive to patients in waiting room. Chatting personally amongst fellow co workers within lab. Inability to access obvious vein. Poor quality of ability. Poor quality of standard of care for patients. Embarrassment to profession from someone that knows the job and how to do it correctly!

Service is garbage. Waiting time is ridiculous. Receptionist is very rude (and thats being nice). Going I for a blood test should not take this long or be this difficult. This place is hard to find and outdated. Again garbage so say the least.

I would rather go to DMV than wait here. 2+ hours.. And nowhere to sit. Literally had to stand for 2 hours. I asked if I could wait outside and was told "well Im not calling names outside"

Long wait times and no one thinks to let you know you will have a 3+ hour wait... there was people sleeping in chairs.. not ok. Filing a complaint with my insurance.
