Extremely slow! Walked in with one person ahead of me and an hour later Im still waiting to get checked for my insurance, people after me got up to complain about wait time and got ahead of me! The people working there took their sweet time with the waiting room packed! Ended up crossing my name out as did a couple others and went to another location. Definitely not coming back.

Rude. Mid-March 2015, One nurse had my wife wait inside the lab hallway until she was ready. She was told to stand next to an open door that lead to the "break room", another nurse saw her there and just rudely stated "What are you doing? You dont go in there" and she shut the door to the break room. No apology, no smile, just very rude.

I have never had a problem when I go here. In fact there is usually only i or 2 other people waiting compared to one on Sunrise that is always packed. People have always been nice, Ive always considered it my hidden little secret because its never busy. maybe I just go at the perfect time usually right after lunch.

Extremely rude. There was only 1 technician that was ranting about feeling offended by EMTs the whole time. took a break while 10 people waited to be helped in the waiting room. Had absolutely no sense of urgency or any kind of respect for anyone else in the office. I will not return to this quest.

Great no nonsense service, no waiting to have blood drawn, however the business office is terrible and to solve an issue takes forever. The people at the business office are incompetent.
