Having an appointment for your visit makes all the difference in the quality of your experience. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The place was crowded, and most were walk-ins...not a fun place regardless. But went online last night, got a quick confirmation and job done! Receptionist was business-like, and Irene was professional yet personable.
