I spoke with a customer service rep on the phone today and explained how wrong I was about something. This place is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. My daughter and I both had labs done last week and we were treated with the upmost respect. Not only that, the tech who did our labs only took ONE try and was successful! My daughters and especially my veins are VERY hard to find. I have had 10 tries in one day at once and another, they had to use an ultrasound to locate my vein. This experience was very calming and allowed BOTH of us to not be as afraid as we are. Thank you to the entire team!

Make sure you have an appointment. Walk in is a nightmare. They have a ridiculous screen that tells you your wait time, however the second an appointment comes in you get bumped down and your time increases. Why have this wait time clock if it varies anyways ??!!!!! Staff doesnt gaf either. Booooooooooooooooo !!!

Appointments dont work. I made one, got a reference number. Got there w/i 15 min of time to be told I was not one of the two already scheduled regardless of being given a number and would just have to wait. I was 7th in line and fall behind appointments.

Friendly staff and prompt, competent service! No appointment. I walked in just before lunch, no wait! I dont like having my blood drawn and Deborah, the phlebotomist did a great job to ease my anxiety and quickly completed the lab work with no issues.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! Wont even answer a question before they see you. Front desk is non existent. Its a person that comes from the back on occasion. Wait time is beyond long. Even with appointments.
