Yes, it is true that there is usually no receptionist, however, the staff keeps a very close eye on who is in the reception area. The log-in system is easy for all to use. Have watched many less computer literate use it without any problem. i appreciate the ease of getting my lab work done at this location. It is the easiest place in the area to get in and out. Their other labs are much more impacted and therefore, slower. The staff here is very pleasant and courteous. (For reference only: I am a practitioner at a large Government Medical Center in Mather.) Please, keep this location.

Terribly understaffed, staff is cold and emotionless, takes too long to be seen for something that takes less than 5 minutes to complete. This location should be shut down!

I didnt like anything about this place 12 people waiting and not a very patient friendly place.Management should really be made to change.they need to hire more people.

Horrible service. Completely understaffed. No one at front desk. One poor lady running everything by her self front desk and taking patients.
