I just wouldnt go here unless you have no other place to go. I specifically said to do only this procedure regarding my dental care insurance covered what it could and I paid what it did not covered and they ended up doing the other procedure TOO even though they were the ones that mentioned I should NOT do it because itll cap out my insurance for the year; adding that if the pain from my tooth isnt horrible then I should wait. I decided to wait because they fixed other issue so I didnt have multiple pains from my gums. I received a bill saying I owe from a procedure, and from my understand nothing was getting fixed unless my insurance covered it...I was in disbelief and I will not pay it because I never said from that day of saying I can wait, that I changed my mind and would like it done. So its just very frustrating because I never OWE bills with any place I do business. I will either pay it all at once or finance; or whatever needs to be done that I will not have people calling me and saying I owe this, that and the other. I am slightly even more frustrated because the lady that first gave me a full teeth clean, did AMAZING and was so nice that I wanted to return. But now I feel like after this I will have to get everything in writing cannot just say please do not do this procedure every three seconds, just in case they feel like WHY NOT?! 3 Stars for the lady would cleaned my teeth and the place is spotless! 1 star for my situation.

Been going to dr.quinns office all my life and have never had a problem nor complaint great work even greater staff always happy and positive and will inform you as well as check any concerns you have on teeth Love these guys
