Dr. Underwood is a great animal doctor. Hell do everything he can to take care of you and your pet. Hes respectful and courteous and he knows what hes doing. I have to take points off however because Ive seen how he treats his employees. Ive heard him yelling at them and talking down to them. The girls there take good care of my baby and some of them have even texted me personally to check up on my boy. Hes a good doctor, but frankly he seems like a sub par human being

We had taken our best doggy there since clinic opened. Dr. Underwood is personable and very caring. Pricing is fair and no treatments or extras were ever pushed on us. The staff was always sweet and interested in the pets. Dr. Underwood even sent us a note after our boy passed away, very touching.
