I cant say enough good things about Dr. Ali, Dr. Pruitt, and the entire staff of 121 Animal Hospital. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, highly skilled and caring - youd be hard-pressed to find a better team to trust your animals with. Their facility is fairly new, with a drive-through pharmacy, rehab/physical therapy area, boarding, grooming, and of course, a well-appointed surgery. Our first experience with them wasnt what you would usually term "a pleasant one" - back-to-back major surgeries, both with a low chance of survival. From the moment we set foot in the door, the staff were respectful, helpful, and dedicated to giving our dog the best possible (note: that isnt always the same as "most expensive") care she could get. (Spoiler alert: their hard work and dedication - along with our dogs stubbornness - paid off, and shes made an amazing recovery.) Through it all, the staff not only explained what needed to be done (and why, and if there were more than one option for treatment), but also answered my questions when I had them. Basically, they treated my dog - and me - like I would want to be treated if I were the patient. The other reviews mention feeling like "one of the family" - this is very true. The staff are genuinely caring and concerned about your animals, but they never forget that youre just as concerned.

I want to let everyone know that the staff at this vet clinic are amazing, compassionate, and caring. My husband and I were the pet parents to a Domestic Short Hair cat named Modine "Moe". Moe was almost 19 years old when we had to put her to sleep. For the year and a half we took Moe to 121 Animal Hospital she received the best treatment possible. All of her issues were addressed, they followed up on lab results, and accommodated us in anyway possible. When it came time to do the unthinkable and put Moe to sleep, they graciously came to to the house to do it. They normally dont do this, but it was very important to my husband and I that Moe be at home during her last moments. Dr. Mane explained everything before it happened, ensured that we were ready before he did anything, had an excellent bedside manner, and treated us and Moe with the utmost care and compassion. They handled her with dignity and the office even sent a card expressing their condolences. For this I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend this vet office to anyone with an animal needing kind, compassionate, knowledgeable care. When the time comes for us to give a new animal a loving home we will definitely take him or her there. Thank you to everyone at 121 Animal Hospital for being awesome at what you do. One of the worst experience we had after we recently boarded our pet here. Our pet was boarded for 6 days and every day we have to beg these people by calling mid of our vacation to ensure that they take care of him properly. Very adamant, rude and non professional. They talk all policies than the pets health and well being even for a small favour. Also we are not sure what happened our pet stopped taking food right after coming from the boarding.. and we are running behind hospitals to figure out as to why? A healthy and happy pet came depressing and had some un explained wounds. We understand pets miss their parents and these facilities cannot replace them but proper care is the least we expected.. -WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR PET THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE. I am planning to lodge a complaint with relevant authorities to bring these peoples behaviour and attitude to light.

Excelente atención! El Doctor Ali es lo mejor de lo mejor!!! Prácticamente salvó de la muerte a nuestra perrita Dixie y se nota el conocimiento y experiencia que tiene. Un dominio absoluto de su especialidad y aún más, además de ser un gran profesional, es un Ser Humano único excepcional! Yo diría, un profesional que ama lo que hace, ama a los animales y muy comprometido con el seguimiento a sus peludos pacientes... Lo Máximo!

We give 5 GOLD STARS to 121 Animal Hospital!! THIS HOSPITAL IS WONDERFUL AND THE STAFF ARE AMAZING!! I have 3 English Mastiffs and 1 cat....I have tried several animal hospitals and was not happy....it was my lucky day when I met Dr. Ali and his staff !! My dogs and cat have had all types of procedures here....from major surgery to teeth cleaning to routine shots. Dr. Ali has been my vet for seven years, his new location is HIGH TECH and well designed. The kennels are roomy, they even have animal rehab and a drive thru for prescription pickup!! Dr. Ali and his other doctors and staff are wonderful beyond words. They are professional, caring and kind ~ they go that extra mile! They ALWAYS make me feel like I am one of the family!! I have referred several of my friends to 121 Animal Hospital, each of them have been extremely happy!

Today was my first time here with my 1 year old pup. Saturdays are walk-ins from 8am-1pm without an appointment which helped me out so much. I arrived around 9:15 and left by 10:00 with no wait at the desk and little waiting in the check-up room. The staff are awesome, very friendly, and helpful. Ive heard a lot about the head Doctor and would very much like to meet him next time around as I am very impressed with this anmial hospital. I needed a simple heartworm test and medication with some boosters and a nail trim that came out to the price I expected which wasnt too expensive but not too cheap. This place is just right for your pets. I left very content and at ease for my big pups well being today thanks to this dedicated facility. I am happy to have finally found a vet I can trust with my dog.

Dr. Ali Rohandi (owner), and all the veterinarians that work with him are absolutely some of the most amazing people I have ever met. They deliver excellent and compassionate care for a reasonable price and with great hours. The front desk staff may be curt at times but dont be put off, they are just trying to organize and accommodate every one as best as possible (which can be tough). These vets go above and beyond. My Sheltie puppy is a frequent flyer (lucky me) and they have taken such amazing care of him! Were going to go the pet insurance route for the future, but this is the one place Ive found that I dont feel like I have to be worried about being taken advantage of and over charged. I honestly cannot thank Dr. Ali and all the Drs and staff enough, they are absolutely amazing!

I LOVE 121 Animal Hospital and wouldn’t dream of taking my Boxer puppy, Chewy, anywhere else in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for veterinary or boarding services. Not only is the staff at 121 Animal Hospital extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled, but they genuinely care about Chewy, which is evidenced by their kind and loving treatment of him and regular follow-up with me after each visit. I also love 121 Animal Hospital because of its courteous staff, reasonably priced services and state-of-the art facilities. In addition, their webcam-based boarding facilities give me extra peace of mind when traveling for leisure or business.
