I have never met a vet with such heart and compassion for helping animals. Dr Norton was the third vet I brought my cat into, in one single day, not knowing why she was vomiting and couldnt eat or drink. After x rays and blood work, the first 2 vets were only guessing at what "could possibly" be happening with her. Then I took her to Dr Norton. He was the ONLY vet out of the 3 vets, that found the string under my cats tongue. When he opened her mouth and showed me the string, I cried, knowing that 2 vets before did not even catch that. He got her into surgery right away and she is still apart of our family thanks to Dr Norton. Within 24 hours, my cat would have been dead. I did not know how deadly string could be until this day. I also appreciated how Dr Norton gave me all the information I needed and communicated what I needed to look for and how to handle her recovery time. He even called me the day after her surgery which was a Saturday and he called me Monday just to check on her. Thank you Dr Norton for being so thorough and for caring so much. My cat has found her new doctor.

The vet there is a complete con artist. He will massively overcharge for medicines. Not only that, but in order to make even more money he misled us on the directions for the medicine. He wrote down the schedule; telling us to give our medicine to the cats for one month or until it runs out. We call back after, and the receptionist told us we were supposed to give it for just one week, then start on phase 2 of a different medicine. So now we have to re-purchase the medicine and start the treatment all over. The receptionist is honestly the only person that understands pet care. The vet working there is only in it for the money and will scam as much of it from his clients as possible. The staff there clearly knew what the vet was doing and it showed in their attitude towards him, compared to their pleasant demeanor when he wasnt around.

Yes, his personality is very professional but the accuracy of his work and professional quality of his office more than makes up for his gruff personality. We have used him for our pets for a decade or more. It does help that we are professionals in our own technical fields and understand how you have to work precisely, which leads to limiting social conversarion, in your field in order to succeed.

My pets go there and they love it! The clinic specializes in Cats and Dogs and pays alot of attention to detail. Its a full service clinic, which means day care and VIP care is available. Its conveniently located and we love it!
