I purchased a gift certificate for my mom for mothers day from here. The gift certificate never came in the mail so I followed up. They sent an email asking to confirm the mailing address which I did. I never heard anything back and the gift cert never arrived. I followed up again and got the same email as before asking to confirm the address. I did and yet again didnt hear anything back. Im sorry but after already confirming it twice I think its obvious the address isnt the problem. After several calls on the phone (including with the owner who swears she mailed the gift certificate out - clearly she didnt) they finally agreed to just have my mom schedule the appointment without the paper certificate. Her mothers day gift was now about a month late but at least she was going to get it. She scheduled the massage and then the morning of her appointment she gets a call saying the masseuse is out and they need to reschedule. She had already planned her work week around this appointment and told them they needed to find someone else. They did but its ridiculous that they didnt even think to find another masseuse themselves. She said the massage was good but overall the experience was mediocre. For example, there was no water out after the massage for her to get. All high end spas Ive been to have water readily available. So overall the massage was good but overall experience was frustrating and time consuming - the exact opposite of what we were looking for. I would have expected them to at least offer something for the hassle of my mom and I needing to make several calls to sort this out and the gift certificate being weeks late but they never did. Its highly unlikely we would return due to poor customer service and management.

I was suppose to receive a gift certificate in the mail. It never came but the credit card was charged. We had to make several calls to straighten it out. I was told to just make an appt and not worry about the gift certificate. I did. The day of the appt I received a call that my masseuse called out sick and to reschedule. I told them I did not want to and I wanted a massage that day. They did get me another masseuse (which they should have originally offered right away). When I got there I was shown the dressing room and was asked to wait in the waiting area until called. The masseuse was very pleasant and gave me a decent massage. When done I was given 1 glass of water and never check on to see if I needed any more. There was NO droning water available at all. Although I walked into the other room on my own I was never told that I could use the hot tub/ steamroom or shower. I was never shown them. When I left I had to remind the owner of my situation about never receiving the gift certificate. Her reply was "I dont know why but I definitely mail it". I would never go back. Service was poor!!!

SO TERRIBLE! My cousin and I were trying to make an appointment for massages and a facial. We each called at least 3 times before someone finally picked up the phone and was able to schedule an appointment for us. Then, about a week before our appointments, I had a voice mail stating that one woman was going to be out and we needed to call to get a different woman for the facial. After 3 phone calls, we finally speak to them and were told there were no appointments left to reschedule with and they didnt even have the massage appointment scheduled even though I have email confirmations. This place is so unprofessional and not worth spending my money at.

Oh my goodness. This place is absolutely wonderful, and so unique. My friend and I scheduled massages and facials and we were able to go there early to use the amazing lavender steam room, eucalyptus sauna, and hot tub. By the time we left we were floating on air. I honestly cant remember the last time I felt so relaxed. The aesthetician and massage therapist, Jeanine and Anna, were just great, AND Anna used organic coconut oil for the massage instead of gross synthetic massage oil! I fell in love with Lotus, and I cant wait to return.

Amazing staff - friendly and quick - laser session number two and great results. Well equipped medi spa - call and email appointment confirmation, so couldnt manage to miss or forget this. Hearing great things about the massage and facials need to check it out soon.
