Go to a real hospital. Well I am sure they have plenty of excellent and qualified medical personnel, including but not limited to doctors. I never did end up seeing one - They are supposed to be an "emergency" medical facility, yet - IMPORTANT point before you walk in there with anything serious: THEY DON"T ACCEPT CASH!!! In an effort to get around a new healthcare system which favors those who cant pay full price, they have found a way to make sure people pay THEM whatever they care to charge, which I was told for a cuticle infection, could potentially cost as much as $400.00 if I paid in full myself which I was more than willing to do and I showed them a ton of cash...They looked at me as if they had never seen paper money before. Turns out must fork over a credit card before they will even entertain your matter...Some emergency facility. I dont suggest you go there is you really have a true emergency. If you dont have a credit card, you must go to the regular hospital emergency room who legally MUST treat you, which is what I feel these folks in Teaneck want you to do anyway unless you give them cart blanch with your credit card, although they of course cannot admit this openly. Its their little way of saying "OUR emergency facility does not legally HAVE to treat you~Go to the place that still has to, even if you come waving cash." Also I found it bizarre that they demanded my license as well...I was paying cash in full up front...They do not need, nor are they entitled to it. It is just another way to link you into all the medical and legal computer systems for further intrusion. What if I wanted to pay cash and use my married name? What if I had no license? Its really not their place. I found it excessive for the amount of care I was told would be issued. Do yourself a favor and either come there prepared to do it their way no matter WHAT, or go to a real hospital, especially if your matter IS truly "urgent".

Very upset. Went in for a physical. Front desk was very nice and the individual who took my vitals was very efficient and pleasant. After the vitals were done, I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to enter the room. It may have been longer as I walked out frustrated. What makes it worse is that I could hear the doctor socializing with the office staff the entire time! No excuse for this lack of service. The office was pretty much empty. Will not go back to this location. Its a shame, right down the street from my house.

Dr. Rhys Jones is a fantastic primary care physician. Always abreast of the latest and greatest in medicine, and he is not stingy with sharing his knowledge with you. Dr. Jones cares, he listens, he takes interest, he will not brush off your concerns, but will answer all questions in detail and with compassion. Although *all* the doctors and clinical staff at Valley are exceptional (Ellery is a big WOW, too!), we are blessed to have Dr. Rhys Jones as our PCP.

As usual, front desk staff was amazing. Was brought in to the room rather quickly. Staff took weight, temperature, blood pressure, etc. They also took a Strep test based on my symptoms. After sitting in the room for 60 minutes, I askes if Id be seen soon. I was told the doctor shoyld be with me shortly. After another 30 minutes, (and still no strep results) I walked out and demanded a refund. I will find a new doctor. This has occured way too many times.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. The staff and doctors are wonderful. I have always had positive experiences here. The rooms are always clean and neat. They are quick to respond with any questions I may have. Dr. Roitman is hands-down one of the best medical doctors i have seen. She makes you feel so comfortable and she truly cares for her patients.

The doctor seem to be ok but the staff are terrible! They are not friendly, impatient and they are rude. They ask you question but dont let you answer it and just cut you off and goes on to the next question. Not to mention the waiting time over 3 hours. If you think going to DMV is bad, well, this place is worse than that. Good luck!

I arrived in pain, I was treated superbly. The doctor, although busy was very attentive. Nursing staff, radiologist and front desk staff were very professional. I will make this Urgent Care Center my place to visit if I or my family need medical treatment.
