I have visited their Clark office where the staff gets you in and out very quickly. Today was my first day visiting the Kearny office and my appoinment was at 11:15 am and I have been waiting 50 minutes now and have still not seen the doctor. The girls at the desk never mentioned I had to wait that long. Today is a weekday which the wait should be less. I will not be coming back to this office eventhough it is very close to my house. I rather go to the Clark office which is closer to my job. Update: 6/17/16 the doctor here Dr. Fishman is very nice and highly expierenced in Derematology but the wait to see him was too long. Apparently he is the only doctor in this office. I would only go back to see him if I had any severe skin issues.

A screaming nazgul of a child was running around, eating lotion, and trying to ride everybodys feet. The place was packed. Many patients had to keep going up and asking "how much longer?" I thought it was strange when the nurse took the lone remaining chair, but then the nazgul child screamed "cocky!" There was fresh blood running down the wall. Nazguls mom didnt even try to stop the kid from interfering with the non-mask wearing nurses cleaning up the biohazard. Before Metro Derm moved to 703 Kearny Ave, they were terrific. No longer is that the case.

The girl at front desk needs train in CUSTOMER SERVICE . I went today for the first time, and she told me that I had to wait because she was really busy . It was so rude and respectfulness. She gave me the business car and told me call later. I could no believe what kind of service they will have with me, so I threw the garbage that business car a soon as I leave the place .

I have been to this practice several times. They treat all ages so I was able to bring my children as well. They are always friendly when I call and always have availability the same week. We normally see one of the Physician Assistants and they are just as knowledgeable as the doctors. I would definitely recommend this practice to any one looking for a dermatologist !

I went in for a consultation & the woman who was at the computer in the patient room was very kind .The doctor took a look at my keloids & recommended steroid shots to flatten it & did it right away. Appointment was at 3:15 & was taken care of at about 3:20 because I was filling out paperwork & stuff. I dont see why the reviews are mostly negative...?

The staff behind the desk are rude, slow, lazy and dumb. The only positive thing I have to say is that when I was there, the waiting room was completely empty. That would lead you to believe that the staff would be somewhat helpful, but not only were they not, I also called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes for no reason at all.

First time ever at a Dermatologist. I was in the room w Doctor for 30 seconds and he didnt explain anything to me. Just gave me a prescription to go pick up. Not worth the $50 copay plus insurance charges. I rather Google it. Friendly staff and reception. Kudos

I was impressed with the Kearny Avenue office. They gave me the paperwork to fill-out in advance so I didnt have to fill it out (rush) in the office. They were thorough, compassionate, clean, and gentle with their medical approach.

The staff was very friendly. Sometimes they dont pick up the calls though. I did get a response from someone in the office who made sure I got my prescription sent to my pharmacy which was nice.

This place is terrible. Maybe if you want botox and facial fillers they give a darn, but if you have skin issues, go elsewhere.
