Ive been a long-time patient of Dr, Eastern, and while I am never happy with the frequent long waits to see him, I have always been most happy with Dr. Easterns professionalism and caring. Admittedly, HE DOES spend a lot of time discussing issues with his clients, advising as to cause and remedy. I think to a large degree THIS is what makes for sometimes long waits. But I figure, do you want speed or proper treatment? Also, discussion on preventative steps (so as to avoid another visit or additional problems) can take time! He has a top-notch staff who do prod him along as much as they can, but he does take time with his patients, answering all question and performing all procedures.

Never on time!!! Dont know if it is his ride staff our he just is to old to keep up but waiting to be treated is worse than the treatment! Out of 16 treatments he was on time twice only. He apologizes everyone time for being late and promises next time he will be on time but its all lies and i dont appreciate a fake apology! If this treatment were not necessary i would not even bother with this guy, time to travel farther for this treatment because his behavior and disregard for his patients time is very disrespectful!!!

pros: hes a nice guy. cons: after waiting 3.5 hours, the exam was less than 30 seconds. He barely looked at my nail and didnt give me a second to ask questions. After viewing the other reviews, I conclude that this guy is more interested in making a name for himself. Hes a spokes man for this, a director for that, blah, blah, blah... Hes got certificates all over the wall.

Terrible service a thick ignorant old working with him. I paid 155 US dollars for the guy not give me any medicine, treatment for my face, nothing. He not examined me did not ask for any exam. Outside he meets you the time he wants. DO NOT MISS YOUR TIME AND MONEY or spend. HORRIBLE. terrible

Exactly as the last review, my appt was for 9 am, Im on time waited for 45 mins just to be called and wait another 15 and counting. Ridiculous, I only needed a refill prescription. They said I had to come in for this BS Do yourself a favor find another Dr. Sincerely Pisssssssssssssd

Worst ever. Has no regard for anyones time. Strolls in whenever he feels like it and then consults you for 30 seconds. What is he doing? Probably teaching his old ladies at the front desk how to demand for copays
