Best piece of advice I can give you if you choose to go here is to ask how much you will be charged upfront. I took my 2yr old daughter here for a wart on her finger that was probably a few centimeters to this "in-network" dermatologist. I returned in a month since they said to do so if it hadnt gotten better which I did. Of course that was before the bills starting coming in. My bill was $257.10. And keep in mind this is an in-network doctor so this is after the insurance. This was my portion of the bill. And my daughter just turned 3 last week and the wart is the same size or slightly larger. I called the billing office and left several messages before finally getting a return call. I explained myself and the woman said shed look into it and circle back with me. I never received a phone call back. I paid my bill and learned my lesson. I will never go here again and would advise you to do the same.

First of all...NO ONE wants to have surgery.....especially on the face and, even worse, on the nose! I had a number of Mohs surgeons to choose from near our area, but had heard nothing but great things about Dr. Kruse. I decided to go to him for a consultation and was very impressed with how genuine he was and willing to discuss ALL my concerns. I decided to have him do my surgery. I had my nose "done" on Wednesday and from start to finish, I felt confident that all would be fine. Dr. Kruse explained everything and I left knowing exactly how to care for my nose. Some places hand you a piece of paper and thats that. The office itself is beautiful and the nurses and others are very friendly. I highly recommend Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center!

Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. The only thing that I would say is they are slow to get your prescription filed with your pharmacy. Each time weve left the office, they have assured me that they would be calling in the prescription...I wait an hour or 2 before calling the pharmacy to see if its ready. Its never ready; we have waited an entire weekend once because they failed to call it in. I do appreciate that they call in a scrip rather than hand you a piece of paper - more trees wasted! That said, they need to get on their game and call it in after each appointment; that would lead to more efficiency and more satisfied patients!

fixed what others could not, within a month. explained what others didnt. This doctor and staff paid attention, accommodated me, and solved what shouldnt have been a big problem but was with other doctors and offices. I dont see anything but a perfect review for this office. It was clean, professional, explanatory. Every doctor I met took time and was friendly and cared. That was the difference - I didnt feel like a robot in a medical-mill.

This location has a clean & attractive office with friendly personnel. I am not satisfied with their dermatological skills. Changed to another Dermatological Center and was treated first time by an MD and not a PA. They performed a VERY detailed skin exam, took biopsies and asked significant questions about my life style, diet and allergies. I wasted a few co-pays and my time off - very disappointed.

I love coming here. The office is well organized, the staff are very friendly, all of the doctors are excellent and I havent had any problems getting in to see a doctor. Most importantly the level of service is fantastic. In particular, Dr. Kruses attention to detail exceptional. He has a great reputation for good reason!

The Physicians and staff were amazing. Before my Ultherapy treatment I had a consultation with Dr. McTaggart. She explained the procedure and what to expect.Its been three months and I couldnt be happier. I love the tightening, lifting and tone look of my skin. I would highly recommend Dr. McTaggart.

Ive been to this office several times, but today will be my last visit. I waited 51 minutes to be seen, and the doctor spent a total of 90 seconds in the room (actual time, not exaggeration). She did not acknowledge or apologize for the unacceptable wait.

The wait was minimal. Dr. Cannon and her Assistant were very friendly, efficient and concise. This was my first visit. I waited in the front area for not more than 7 minutes. Front desk assistants were friendly and efficient as well.
