I just called the office, I was in an accident on Monday the 6th of this month, and I am also looking for a new PCP. I spoke with someone name Toni. She was nasty and rude and not very nice. I would never call again take my busy somewhere else. Some people in the medical profession need to be trained in the act of manners and respect for other, or get out of that job of you are not happy. Going enough I should not have to deal with your tidiness and disrespect Toni

I just switched to this office because my other pcp was horrible i called and the person that took my call named matie helped me to get a quick appointment that day i just went for a physical last week and Lynn was very helpful and help answer my questions and toni made my transition from my old doctor to this office a breeze and the Dr is wonderful as well so glad i have found office that is so caring and pleasant

Horrible experience. Did not properly assess my issues ever. Medication was increased quickly. Staff was rude, unfriendly, and while I was the only patient in the office, as I was leaving they asked "did she leave yet"? And laughed. What kind of establishment puts up with that kind of staff behavior.
